Hi everyone,

I am submitting two declaration letters for proving the PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP in ( Adaptibility factor), as the birth certificate of my Canadian Uncle is not available.

1) One declaration is given by my Canadian uncle , stating that I m his biological nephew and my father is his biological brother.

2) Second declaration is given by my father, stating that I am his biological son and my Canadian uncle is his biological brother.

Both the letters are attested by the foreign ministry , notarized as well and done on the stamp paper.

Now my question is that , Do I also need to a third write a declaration letter stating that I'm a biological nephew of my Canadian uncle and biological son of my father ? or Shall I write a cover letter and explain the whole situation that these were the factors that led me to arrange the declaration letters ?

Any declaration must be duly certified showing that your uncle and father,were given birth to by same parents or same father which could be
different mother depending on the beliefs of your country on marriage.
You will also have to produce a birth cert of yours reflecting your father's(as seen in the declaration) and mother's names on it.
With this you can claim the point on adaptability.

NOC1111, 30th July applicant, CC not charged.

Checked with my bank, no attempt has been made by CIC for application fee.
Emailed CIC, no response as yet, wouldn't give me any details over the phone.

Is it safe to assume that my file is on its way back to me?

:-\ :-\ :-\ Im afraid yes my friend , Do you Remember all the papers u sent? have u missed something? normally Reject reasons are duties, BC, some ID not translated in english, lack of proof of funds, IELTS, sheets signed

DD en cashed on November 21, 2014 by Receiver general for Canada!


This is the text I got from my husband 2 hrs back !! Even till then I ws cursing cic for keeping my dd still outstanding !

Here is my details:

Noc: 4011
Appl rcvd : 1st august
DD encashed : 21 st November


How long it takes for PER mail?

There's a Sep 8 applicant Noc 3012 who has got CC charged on Nov 21. So acc. to me, u can wait two more weeks before inquiring with the bank since DD follows 2 weeks behind CC...Gud luck!!

OK. So this means that I should not write the third declaration letter , only submit my birth certificate , showing my father's name. Right ?
