Hi everyone,

I am submitting two declaration letters for proving the PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP in ( Adaptibility factor), as the birth certificate of my Canadian Uncle is not available.

1) One declaration is given by my Canadian uncle , stating that I m his biological nephew and my father is his biological brother.

2) Second declaration is given by my father, stating that I am his biological son and my Canadian uncle is his biological brother.

Both the letters are attested by the foreign ministry , notarized as well and done on the stamp paper.

Now my question is that , Do I also need to a third write a declaration letter stating that I'm a biological nephew of my Canadian uncle and biological son of my father ? or Shall I write a cover letter and explain the whole situation that these were the factors that led me to arrange the declaration letters ?

One of my friend is BSc comp ( 3 years Indian graduation ) + 3 years Mechinical Diploma . Please tell me how man points he will gwt in education . He is now working as DBA so please guide how many points he will get .

It will be better if you can scan and post the covering letter from CIC (all pages).. just by looking and bold/ highlights one cannot say with certainty that the issue is with your Ref letter and NOT something else 8)

I asked my friend in Canada to be my representative, and the application was returned to her address with the said reason...

It is really disheartening. I still not quite get it what was wrong.

I have checked very clearly about the requirement for NOC JD before asking for the Letter of Reference.

Should you have any ideas, I would be greatly in debt.

Other answers: My app was received on 30th of June (according to DHL tracking), but my friend just informed me very recently. CC/DD has not been charged yet.

I have noticed maximum number of people choose forties in phase 9 Mohali they have been doing it for years and are expert, my friend got it done two years ago, or Max in phase 6 .....but no experience.

Please share your experience after your medicals.

I received MR and RPRF request on 11th November. NDVO
Done with medical.
But I did one silly mistake. I sent DD of INR 60000/- instead of 53400/- for RPRF fees.
Is it a problem ?
What should i do ?

send new dd or pay online now , strong recommendation is for dd as you will know that they have encash the same or not

send with a cover letter and tell them to ignore previous one and consider new one
and he if your dd gets encash pay those 6000 to some poor child who can study further thanks

But how do i get the DD of 60000/- return ?

There's a Sep 8 applicant Noc 3012 who has got CC charged on Nov 21. So acc. to me, u can wait two more weeks before inquiring with the bank since DD follows 2 weeks behind CC...Gud luck!!

Checked with my bank, no attempt has been made by CIC for application fee.
Emailed CIC, no response as yet, wouldn't give me any details over the phone.

Is it safe to assume that my file is on its way back to me?
