HI Guys!!!!

Just letting you all know that I just got my CC charged!!!!1 Can't believe it I'm so excited!!! NOC 1123 app date Sept 4th

Things I did with my application:

1. I didn't send the translators affidavit
2. I didn't put the barcodes on top of all other papers
3. In the fee form I included the application fee and the permanent resident fee and I was charged for the total (for my husband and me CAD 2080 ). I did this as a suggestion from a friend who had done the same. Apparently this saves some time in later stages of the process.

I wish everyone else the best of luck in the process!! Now my waiting for PER begins!!

I can't update the SS right now, if admin can please do so, I'd appreciate it!

how can they have issue with the same letter this time ?

does this letter means i have to change Job description ? of letter format ?

Sorry is there a page in between? some other highlight on that intermediate page I can only see Note, Important Information, and Pls see the highlighted sections highlighted....

I have been a silent observer in this forum and really seek the senior's inputs on my queries.

My application reached on 28gh August, was received by LEWIS, my NOC 0911 and payment mode is DD. I have a query. As of date my consultant hasn't recievedany communication on my application and tells me that an average time of 3 1/2 months is going on based on the applications sent by them. What are the chances of my application is not accepted and returned? And if All's okay by God Allmighty's grace by when should I expect a word on my application?

Also, is there a no. For CIC where I can call and get some status or my UCI No. (If allotted)? I'm from India so pls help with a no which is accessible from here.

Your inputs will be highly appreciated.

I am 0911 too and my app is from 31st July, DD mode (moneyorder). Still not cashed as for last Friday so dont lose your hope. I checked the SS yesterday and there are only 2 app in August that were cashed, all 0911 are still in July yet. HEAD UP HIGH !!! This is the 0911 week

I am not a Senior ..just a newbie enriched by the knowledge-sharing of forum legends like ashif, century, canol, etc.......

The first communication you will have from NDVO will ask for ur MR+RPRF+PCC(if not submitted earlier)+Passport bio-pages...now at this point of time you can share that Passport has changed and you can provide new and old bio-pages....

Or you can do it now...all you are doing is raising an Enquiry...they can respond that wait till we process your file and ask for the new passport details...or they can make the alterations to your file right now...so it's upto u....if it were me, I would raise the CSE....

Hi Guys..

I received MR mail today..

I have some queries:
1. UCI number mentioned on MR mail and on PER mail are different.
2. Primary applicant is my wife and we recently got our passports updated (Spouse Name and Address). But on Medical forms previous address is mentioned and I am unable to modify it. How can we proceed?
3. My wife is 6 months pregnant. Our family doctor updated us that x-rays are harmful for baby. :-\ How can we complete our medical examination? Moreover what formalities are required to be done for our new family member?

It is true that the current FSWP will end on December 31st 2014 and express entry will start on January 1st 2015. However, the portion you have quoted should not be taken out of context. CIC has an obligation to process all application received until 31st December 2014. Because it was initially envisaged to end in April 2015, it is expected that some application will not be delivered to CIC until after the current deadline. Those could be offered express entry. Also, those whose cap were reached while their application had reached CIC but yet to be processed or account debited could be offered express entry.

On a second note, the criteria for express entry is not yet fully defined. So how easy will it be to move people who submitted their application before Jan 1st 2015 to express entry.

Secondly, delay in debiting accounts of applicants is CIC's issue not the applicants. Thirdly, its going to be a case of applicants taking them to court as that happened in the past. That is a show of shame they are not ready for. In all, as long as the Noc isnt hot, I won't lose sleep
