Dear all, I applied for NOC:4011, received my application on 2nd Sept. I didn't get any email from CIC. I don't know what's going on with my application. Payment method: CC. Please let me know what can I do now? Should I wait or call customer service. Advance thank you for your kind advice.

No need to worry bro as it will take around 90-120 days from the date of receipt to get the notification......

Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
Call at – 0016139444000
Select 1 for English
1 for immigration
Call is being transferred to CIC
Then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent .

Note : If the call volume is high, call will not go through

I was filling the RPRF receipt form after making online RPRF fee payment. Can someone please tell me what needs to be mentioned in:

1. Client ID
2.Address - Mailing Address or Residential Address? My Residential Address is different from Mailing Address
3.Area Code
4.Telephone Number - I am thinking of mentioning my mobile number here

Please help.

NOC 4011, August 22 applicant. CC charged 22 Nov. So don't get stressed, you can expect to be charged within this week.

i am in uae now i have cancelled my contract with my employer i have worked here almost 4 months,
in 2011 i came here in uae for visit visa and stayed 2 months, 2014 again visit visa and stayed 1 month.

2011- 2 months(visit visa)
2014- 1 month on June (visit visa)
2014- 4 months july 30 to december 5

all together i stayed for 7 months do i need to submit pcc from uae?
its not continues 6 months

if PCC needed can i take PCC before the PCC request from Visa Office?
because i am going back to my home on dec 5th.

kindly give reply mates....

Hello All,

I have a situation here .. as some might recall i had sent first application on june 10th and missed out sending ECA original so i sent second package and got PER.
I have not received the first package till now here in Bangalore so anybody in same situation. I went to sub foreign post office and checked but they are asking for tracking number which i don't have as i didn't receive the email or any information related to it.

Though i have the phone number in the self addressed label i don't think they would call.So could somebody tell me the process to track and get it back. Anybody who was in similar situation and traced it back?

I believe PCC is required only if you have stayed abroad for a period more than 6 months a stretch .....

I dont think you will need to submit a PCC because the stay of your visit has not been 6 months or more.

thanks sandeep for the kind reply, i havent stayed six months contnous all together 7 months (3 months in two visit visas and 4 months in work visa) so pcc not required right?
