Dear,
Operations manual urges service delivery agents to acknowledge BC with no name + secondary school record as complete BC for Indian applicants. But, sometimes the 'unwritten rules' prevail over the written ones. Of that I have no knowledge of. You have to find an applicant with same prerequisites to know what happens in this case.

I have submitted 10 th certificate and mine have both parents name and DOB , above and over that i have notarized it....attached extra copy of passport too and mentioned that on cover letter ...what is your veiw ...my NOC is 2132 and application submission date is 24 th sept 2014...please advice

CIC will select the appropriate visa office for you. Since you are paying through DD no need to worry. These are small mistakes and will not lead to rejection.Just relax, You will be through.

Thanks a lot dear for your positive words. May God makes your words true for me. I have also sent the addendum as additional documents just after 13 days of my original application package received by CIC.

I was Applicant 21st August. NOC-2171 and now I see the cap reached full and payment mode was DD.

An August 28 applicant of NOC 2171 who's Id is ZSTREAM has reported CC charge. As you are a DD applicant you have to wait till receiving the PER. So your game is not over unless there is a problem in your application.

Yes u are right, There is a delay but Keep your spirits high and pray Hard !

I have been silent observer of this Forum for a long time now.
Have an urgent Query - My friend's application package was returned recently to his consultant mentioning that BC was missing. He had submitted Notarized Affidavit for the same. But seems CIC did not accept it.

NOC :2132
App Recd at CIC : 27th Aug
VO : NDVO

My friend also has been working as a Marketing Professional for past 4-5 years after he did his MBA in Marketing. Since 2132 would be capped very soon, please suggest if he is eligible to re-apply for NOC 1123 (Professional Occupations in Advertising, Marketing and PR).
Will CIC accept a 2nd application in different NOC? Will he be in the cap if his package reaches by 1st week of Dec?

Request you all to please reply urgently as he has very less time at hand

Further from my above msg, I just got to know that my friend's consultant told him that they are resubmitting his application for NOC 2132 (with his BC copies which he finally got made from his hometown) and requesting the Case officer to put his application in the queue based on his App First received date which is 27th Aug. Just FYI, his consultant is an ex-CIC employee and a renowned Immigration Lawyer in Toronto. Now, we have below doubts here

1. Can CIC accept such requests to put in the same queue?
2. How come his application was returned and received by the consultant even before the estimated CC charge date?
3. Do they assign Case Officer at the completeness check stage itself?
4. Is there anybody who has used a Canadian Immigration Lawyer as consultant? Please share your expereinces

PLEASE TRY AND SOLVE THESE QUERIES ASAP.
WE WOULD BE REALLY THANKFUL

Dear Seniors,

i have to resend my file, becoz in my previous file i missed one form, now i have already resent it but not sure whether they will include it to my primary file or not .Therefore, not to take risk i am planning to send the whole package again in next coming weeks. My first file reached at CIO a few week back. Can i resend the whole file before my first file gets rejected or without any UCI ?

If they include my missed form to my first application and accept it, then what will happen to my second file ?

Hi,

I have created aa group in telegram messenger for fsw2014, noc code 2281 applicants only pl. If someone would like to add themselves to the group please send a request to @ fsw2014 in telegram messenger. I would add them to the group.

I have chosen telegram messenger instead of whatsapp so I can access straight from my browser and the group can accommodate up to 200 participants.

Note: This group is only for persons applied with NOC 2281.

I have applied through a renowned lawyer who has accepted notarised affidavit for birth certificate. But This rejection is causing me worries more so because I don't have birth certificate
