Does this mean Sep 2171 applicants to lose hope?

Hello All,

I have a question. Experts please help me...My husband can get the job offer. so my questions are..
1) Do we need LMIA?
2) Is it okay if we get the only job offer letter (Stating that the employer wants to hire Mr. xyz....)
3) what are the chances of getting PR after job offer?
4) LMIA is a compulsion then what is the procedure ? and what are the chances of getting PR then?

Only job offer from employer is not enough. If that was the case everyone would have managed to show a a job offer. LMIA is required for FSW1. Chances of PR are the same as would be in regular FSW program except that NOC CAPS do not apply in this case.

Any 2171, 2173,2174 applicant willing to volunteer to correct CIC formula for calculating the total?

It is evident how people are just not interested in CAP updates now. CIC have been so irregular that now nobody seems to be even a bit inclined to discuss CAP updates. This inspite of the fact that 2171 is capped out.

Cic has behaved really strange w with no cap updates for a month and then suddenly in two weeks they closed nocs.. I think still there s hope for september applicants for 2171 bcoz last time also after cap update we saw people getting charged...

CIC also requested FBI PCC and RPRF - CIC has given 60 days to submit docs.
I had sent both(INDIA and US PCC) along with the application. Both expired in August. They did not request Indian PCC. Might be because i never went to india after i got my Indian PCC. But i was still in the US early this year.
I have already applied for FBI PCC a month back - and waiting
