Is it too late to apply?
Not for most NOCs
Anyone can give me a good advice if I go with my family or should I go first and petition my family afterwards?
Depends on the funds you can show. Bigger family members = more funds to show. Also how fast can you gather the documents for everyone.
Another question, I had been connected with the provincial government, is it enough to just comply a certificate of employment from the said agency? Anyone here have similar situation as mine that went successful in his/her application?
Don't know
Should IELTS be taken first and see if I can meet the required score before passing my requirements to FSW?
IELTS is compulsory.
I would really be glad to read any input from you.
Thank you.
I believe its 6 for each section.Mai Manji kithay Dawaan?? said:hi friends. what the mininum score i need in ielts g.t?

You have to inform VO instantly about your change of marital status and need to submit updated forms to them.intensecool said:One query guys-

Pls advise on few queries
1) What should be the sequence of documents in package?
Checklist > Cover Letter (if any)> All Forms as per checklist> All supporting documents (including IELTS, ECA) > DD> Photo
or Checklist > Cover Letter (if any)> Form1 > upporting documents > Form 2 > Supporting docs > and so on +++ DD> Photos , (including IELTS, ECA)
2) Do I need to submit photocopies of FDs as well apart from Bank Certificate and statement
3) Any photo copy to be notarized ( I don't have any translated document)
Thanks in advance
Depends on the NOC. Will you have all the docs ready by then? If yes, should be fine.Mai Manji kithay Dawaan?? said:if i apply in july for fsw1. will it too late?

Show your foreign account+local account+spouse account as settlement fund.immigrationland said:@ shah2014/Seniors
Firstly, thanks for your reply
As Iam sending money from my foreign account to my home country account, my foreign account will gradually become low with funds.
Myself and spouse will be traveling home country, by that time we will send all our foreign savings to home country. Our foreign accounts will be almost nil when we go to home country.
If I show my foreign account will they understand that I have just shown it , as from where funds came
as well as my home country account as settlement fund with CAD$ 15000 + spouse CAD$ 20000.
Plz suggest
Settlement funds are acceptable from any of the following 3 accounts
1. Your account
2. Spouse account
3. Joint account with spouse
So u r good to go, submit ur spouse account as well
btw y dont u show ur foreign account from where u transferred the amount?
Anyways, ur spouse account wid 20 K $ is sufficient, rest can be added to further support the claim
Seniors Plz Suggest
That essentially says - better don't get married till you get the PR since that delays a lot of things and lots of things to go through.Century said:You have to inform VO instantly about your change of marital status and need to submit updated forms to them.

"If a marriage takes place after the application has been submitted, but before the Canada Immigration Visa has been issued, the new spouse must be included in the application and will have to undergo a medical examination and submit appropriate documents, including application forms, marriage certificate, police clearances and the applicable government fees.
Depending on the stage of the application at the time of the marriage, delays may vary from minimal to approximately 5 months. Such delays are caused by the necessary completion of medical examinations and security clearance."
So, when are you planned to get married and will the forum members be invited? ;D ;D
