I wish i had the slightest idea bro...but NDVO has been a mystery from day 1..no clue how they are working..how they sent MR and how they will send PPR..
Good sign is they have started off, hopefully will start to see rise in numbers in days to come...

I am afraid it won't work..... In the absence of WES evaluation, your initial app. will fail completeness check and would be returned even before they open the addendum package sent later.

Wes evaluation is a mandatory doc and must be sent along with the complete package.

Hello,

My application was received at CIC on 8th August 2014, however till date , I have not received any communication from CIC. Payment mode was DD & NOC 2171. Has anybody received communication from CIC with DD payment mode from August month? My DD was from Axis bank, I don't think , Axis will give any information on my DD clearance? Is there way to get information from Axis Bank on international DD clearance?

No need to worry as at present the applicants of the last week of July are getting PER. You can check with your bank regarding DD clearance but there's a fair chance that they won't have updated info.

may 14 has the most number of pending - 25. One of it is mine. What happened? My demand draft was staled & outstanding or not encashed as confirmed by the bank. But I have complied with the must for DD,the requirement on demand draft which must be at least five months into the future upon submission to CIO or must be issued no more than 30 days before sending to CIO.

Will they now reject my application or request for new dd? Please anybody knows....

Finally received most awaited mail from CIC today..

application received date: 23rd July
mode of payment: DD
NOC code: 2173
PER: 18th Nov

Enquired with the Bank multiple times regarding DD encashment, infact even today, but they told that DD was still outstanding.

Thanks to Century, Ashif bhai and all the forum members for the valuable information on the forum without which I could have never sent my application .. thanks again !! 8) 8) 8) 8)

My application was received on 10th September 2014.
I dont understand this process.
Are a 1000 visas already granted to people with NOC 2173 or they are just not accepting newer applications?

An application is added to CAP once it passes the completeness check i.e. CIC agent is sure that all the forms and supporting docs are present and duly signed. These applications are then sent for further processing.

They haven't yet issued VISA to all 1000 apps but they have enough applications that can be processed under FSW 2014 and they will not accept any new application now for capped NOC.

i need your guidance in this query
i have WP of Canada for which i have done my medicals and my medicals finished in august 2014
now as i applied for FSW and got medical request for me n my spouse in October
and i sent all docs to NDVO on November 3rd but still my 3rd line has not been updated yet
here is my question
do i need to let CIC know that my medical are already done in August?
As I have submitted receipt of my medical done to NDVO when i sent my courier of RPRF, PCC and My spouse's Medical
As both of my medical IME number are different
need your expert assistance
