Hi all !!

I Have got my application back from CIC due to expiry of DD (three month validity) but seems my file went thru completeness checks for the documents.
Now I am wandering to know if I resend the file, will it be treated as New file and will be checked as the que. I mean November applications will be checked in mid Jan or so ..
any comments on this ?

7 and 12 Aug applicant got PER Payment mode CC. I am 5th Aug applicant still no DD encashed no PER. Why cic take too much time for DD applicant.

Dont worry My Friend .. Latest PER Date is 23rd Jul. Yes, Aug CC applicants have been charged but they didnt receive PER.

You will get some good news in 2 weeks time

Hi Dear, You're very senior member but just sharing with you what is mentioned on the NOC 2011 PDF document:

for 1123:
Employment requirements
 A university degree or college diploma in
business marketing, public relations,
communications, journalism, museology or a
discipline related to a particular subject matter is
usually required.
 Practitioners in public relations may require an
APR (Accredited in Public Relations)
designation.

First and foremost, no one is a senior member here. All are equal.
Now coming to your post. What you have mentioned is from HR site and applies for employment requirement in Canada and not for immigration requirement.
For immigration purpose, job duties need to match,. Educational qualifications mismatch is not really an issue.

Guys,

I have sent the original IELTS of myself and my spouse to CIO with the application and don't know the status of the application yet.

Now I need the 2nd copy of IELTS from British Council for Express Entry.British Council is saying that they need the email from CIO that they have received the 2nd copy of IELTS. Then only they will provide me the another copy. Bit I takes CIO 45 days to respond any email.

Any idea is welcomed how to get the another copy of IELTS.

I have a query. I have applied for NOC 1123 (Marketing) in October. I have done Master of Pharmacy and i am working in marketing field since 2 years.
But I don't have any relevant degree in marketing.
Am I eligible to get PER for NOC 1123?

If your job duties match with the eligible NOC job duties, and experience in that NOC is greater than 1 year, then you are good to go.

I got DD from Indusind bank. I asked them to check the status of DD. They told me that there is a fee of $30 for checking the status of DD.

Is there anybody who got the status checked of DD from Indusind bank?

Hello Folks,

My husband have worked in Dubai & Qatar for the period 2010 -2012 but have been traveling to & forth India on business visa for every 3 months.
Two days back, i received an email from Delhi immigration office to get the PCC from Dubai & Qatar for my hubby.. i need to submit all the document by 29th December... hmm.. seriously worried if i can get them before Dec 29th.

Can someone please provide me the tips/info as how to obtain PCC from Dubai & Qatar quickly.

Any kind of info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

getting PCC in Qatar is very easy...it wont take more than a week max..

Start off with the PCC right away ..

MR Timelines vary from LVO to NDVO. 45 days is my guess. You can start working on PCC rightaway
