Priority for credit card payment ?
I was just going thru the posts and cud
See that latest CC is 13th Aug whereas
Latest DD charged is 1st aug.
How do CIC pull out files ? Do thy first
Check whether Cc or DD?
Or is it that they charge CC and DD the
Same time but DD takes longer
To reflect payment?

R u sure DD encashed for 1st august?? My application reached on 1st aug, so i 'll check from my bank on monday

even if the bank says otherwise, it can actually be cashed. when dd people get AOR (commonly refered as PER in this thread), the date of cost recovery is same day as cc.

Thanks Rick. You are absolutely right that I have a Master of Computer Science degree (16-Years of Schooling).
The error they made that they have mentioned my Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Business Administration degree (which is 18.5-Years of schooling) equivalent to Canadian Bachelor degree. They have also mentioned my Master of Computer Science degree equivalent to Canadian Bachelor degree. I have verified myself that several Canadian Government authorities and Government Universities direclty accepts MPhil degree in Business Administration as equivalent to Canadian Masters Degree. But I don't know that in what these folks who are evaluating in WES Canada are doing??

Sorry to hear about your issue...... They seem to have a set process on which universities they recognize and what courses are equivalent to which level of Canadian education. You can verify this from the Free Degree Equivalency tool on their site to check equivalency - thats what I did. If the Free WES Degree Equivalency Tool shows that your MPhil is Master equivalent, I think you will get that in the next iteration that you have initiated with them. Perhaps some mistake by a data entry person caused the error? They are a not for profit organization meaning that the folks who do the DEP are possibly newbies or something.

Did you initially use the Free WES Degree Equivalency Tool? What did it say? I could have checked for you but I dont know which country you are from, your subjects. So you can check for yourself on https://www.wes.org/ca/preliminary/poe.asp

I believe those are automated emails which are sent after a set time.
I have received status change messages and other emails from CIC for my study permit and work permit approvals on weekends though the actual time of approval is the week day before I recieved the email. Hope this explains

Then what about those receiving PER emails
