My case is similar as mine will also be expiring in aug 2015. What I have decided to do is that when I receive PER (May God almighty bless me with that soon) and the UCI number, I will then get my passport renewed and send the NEW pp copy to CIC for record update. August 2015 has still 9 months to go so its plenty of time we can do it easily. Its better to do it before MR so that when PPR time arrives our passports are ready and data is up to date in CIC record

Please suggest me, I am bit worried that:

My Bank balance gone far below than the required limit as shown to CIC as POF while applying.

My PER Date is : 20.10.2014.

If I deposit the required amount now and maintain till the completion of the process, will it be fine.

Nothing to worry about. Unless they specifically ask you to update them with a new bank statemnt, the bank won't disclose any information to third parties. However, you should be able to present POF at landing.

I think they will view anonymously. So we will never know it from linkedin update "who viewed me" recently.

No CIC communication says that this e-tracking sheet should be submitted. Somebody started sending it and then everyone followed. eMedical is integrated into GCMS, so once the clinic uploads the results, you have complied with the medical request.

Okay bro, it might be the case. I just shared what all I sent, its a personal decision to send it or not. In the CIC letter it was written "Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination Please complete the medicals for all. This must be received at this office by: 2014/xx/xx".

Its your choice to send it or not...

I never send it, because it is not mandatory, but as you rightly suggest that is totally up to the applicant, because it works either way.

Hundred percent safe. Even end of october applications are safe. Relax and please share any updates. same here 2132.

My Fellow Applicants,

I just want to share my experience with you regarding the application, hopefully it may help others with the same situation as mine. I applied last May 28 and just received an email from them only this nov 10. I was very worried .

I am separated and decided not to include my husband's document/ info in the application. Also, i declared that my children will not accompany me and explained in the letter that i will get them as soon as I am settled. I was advised by my agent that I give an affidavit of separation to support my application.

Last Nov 10, I received an email. It says that I must declare all of my dependents and they must all comply with the required medical and statutory requirements. They will not exclude my husband from the application even if he is not accompanying unless I submit a court document stating my legal separation or dissolution of marriage. ( There is no provision to "opt-out" family members". I was also advised to give a narrative explanation of the circumstances that leads to the breakdown of my marriage. I need to comply with the required documents within 30 days.


Still thankful that they did not reject the application since it lacked my husband's documents.
