Guys i have one question do we any rejections after MR on the basis other then health issues ? can i say if a person is fit he will get visa for sure after getting the MR ?

After MR chances of PR are 99.9999999%.other than major health issue.

i sent my file last week , i paid by check but i forgot to write my name in Section A ( Fee Form )

Documents needs to be sent to the same address you have sent your original application to.

Check ? Checks are not accepted as valid payment instruments. You should either pay by Credit card or demand draft.

Can I use staple the pages like forms and experience/appointment letters?

Also wanted to know that the whole package should be left loose in the envelope or shall be put in folder and filed in plastic file?

No need to staple.... just arrange the documents in the proper sequence as per the checklist snd leave them loose in a solid envelop.

If the Clinic sent the medicals and didn't contact you to redo the tests the results are 100% alright.

Strange you have 2 UCIs. The very meaning of UCI is Unique Client identifier. This must be due to the confusion of you having applied through 2 different countries.

I am planning to apply next week. I have a doubt regarding supplementary information on travel.
I am from Nepal and studied in India. During this time I travel between Nepal and India 100 times. Also there is no document required to travel between the two countries. What shall I fill now? ..... Please advise..... Also in generic form what shall I show for status as my current country is India and I am free to reside here without any document. Also request you to let me on know about the PCC as the police is not using certificate you me being non indian.... Can I only submit certificate of Nepal when asked by VO later?
Also let me know if it will add value if I show sponsorship letter or support letter from my brother for whom I m getting points.... Just to show he is citizen of Canada and he has bank balance and house to accommodate me...... Please let me know your suggestions ASAP.....
