Dear Experts,
I am from India and my application was received by CIO on 22 October 2014. I had following queries:
1. In Schedule A background/declaration, details of my education I had mention Elementary/Primary Education as 12 years (up to 10th standard) and Secondary/high School as 02 years (11th and 12th Standard). In the field of study I had mentioned Science in both field is it OK?
2. Or I have to resend the entire Schedule A background/declaration form by correcting years as Elementary/Primary Education 09 years and Secondary/high School as 05 years.
3. What should I mention in field of study?
4. I had send name affidavit too but the print was on legal size paper (216 x 356 mm) instead of A4 size paper (210 x 297 mm) is it OK?
Anyone with similar case and gone through for PER/MR?
I am worried, Pleas reply urgently

I would like to comment on that. They will accept last application under current system but this system is valid till 30th april. January 1 express entry is launching so both of the programs go parallel and then they will close fsw in april 2015

Guys how did you know that August is the latest month where completeness check were done aside from the ss?

It is completely based on the spreadsheet & the fact that someone's application received on 23rd Aug was returned..

But I cannot see on the spreadsheet that any 23 Aug application is returned ....

FINALLY PER!!!!!!! just got it from my consultant! so happy!! I ran to tell you guys!!!

NOC 0112
DD enchased as PER email october 28
PER November 7

my VO supposed to be Mexico but I'm in TOronto studying so I read here that they may changed my VO to Ottawa or not, How do I know this if it doesnt say anything in my PER email, should I assume my VO remains Mexico? thanks and please +1 for my PER :-*

Any more charges for 1112 expected?

If I am correct, then 2174 continued to charge till next 10-15 days.. Since completion check is currently being done for august, do you think August people will be charged for 1112?

Also, i believe that 1112 should have been capped a little time back and they have updated it just yesterday .. so maybe this is around the time when they stop charging anymore for 1112.

on a seperate note, i feel more optimistic for other medium hot nocs which are in 400-500 range .. i believe they will now cap somewhere after October ..

Also, forgive our respective VOs for taking time in reviewing our files, as they will only realize the damage upon getting the bonus.

Veteran Century, at least you shud have told these new comers about Oscar Shah LLP (the lead advisors to Mr. Chris Alexander for Express Entry), while they were scratching their heads.

P.S: My previous comment (and this one) is obviously a "lighter vein" but timing of PPR flow is based on some numbers (i will soon share those). My apologize for not being explicit in my earlier comment as some of us used to have this humor on regular basis till CIC started working on full throttle!

Dear seniors,

I submitted two applications to cic one of them 25 july cc mode and the other one 21 july dd mode ....25th july got charged shall i withdraw my DD now or better to wait for PER...as my consultant advised me to withdraw DD one. After seeing some friends got their package back after charging i get worried to especially duty mismatch. What to do please.

In trouble, need urgent help, pls pls pls.....
I know there r still few June applicants waiting for cc charge. myself 26th june applicant and have not heard anything from cic yet.
NOC 3142. I ve sent an additional document with detail job duties and experience letter. can additional documents push your application que back???????
since i ve not received my application back yet, does this mean my application is still in que????
or its better to send new application package again now or wait for some more days and look for cic response??? I have already emailed them 3 times but have not got any response.

Yes, the additional documents push back your app date. Now, your app date will be the date when your addendum reached CIO.

Yes, it's on HOLD now due to the addendum. CIC people will do completeness check once again.

Look nobody is SURE about the addendum cases, it wholly solly depends upon the Visa Officer whether to add the addendum docs to the application or not. Yes, prepare new application as well as per new cap update (Physiotherapists -->273)
