Yes, PCC should be less than 3 months old at the time of submission with initial application. In your case application was filed in June 2014 and PCC was 10 months old at that time. Probably CPC will ask you to resubmit PCC

can i apply for PCC now? How long does CIC give to get this letter? I am reading the FBI clearance gets like more than 8 weeks. Will CIC provide extra time to get this?

is it better to wait for the request from CIC and then apply - so that I don't end up caught in the 3 months time frame again? Also any idea if I apply for police certificate again any implication? I already got stamped in my passport for getting PCC from Indian Consulate...

You can request CPC for extra time fo PCC once you get PCC, Medical and RPRF request. They are aware of the delays in getting FBI PCC.

Singh27, yes, you should send the missing documents asap to CIC with a cover letter. In that letter, mention you missed this form and request CIC to please add to your already delivered documents. Here are the details below etc etc

your Name, dob, NOC, application delivered date, POD / airway bill number etc.

Also, once your new package gets delivered, send a fax to CIC with details of the delivered package and same cover letter.

Yes..... a 27th August applicant got response to his mail from cic stating that his application was returned on 30th October as it was incomplete.

He was in contact with CIO through email and they replied to one his email. Otherwise there is no way to realize if 27th Applicant has passsed the completeness check.

Dont worry they must be working on your apps yet. are you a DD applicant, if yes, you are safe, look out for a mail in next day/week

I see. Well, tell us about your reference a little bit then. Did it have your employer's details? Was it signed by your employer? Can you list your duties exactly as they appear in your reference?

Sorry to hear about your app(( I believe you still have very good chance to correct your mistake and re-apply.
