Yes, PCC should be less than 3 months old at the time of submission with initial application. In your case application was filed in June 2014 and PCC was 10 months old at that time. Probably CPC will ask you to resubmit PCC

can i apply for PCC now? How long does CIC give to get this letter? I am reading the FBI clearance gets like more than 8 weeks. Will CIC provide extra time to get this?

is it better to wait for the request from CIC and then apply - so that I don't end up caught in the 3 months time frame again? Also any idea if I apply for police certificate again any implication? I already got stamped in my passport for getting PCC from Indian Consulate...

ECAs still had 3rd Line..Medical results have been received.

Today "In process" changed to "Decision Made"

4th line updated as well!!!

I don't understand...i am sending my passports tomorrow to Abu Dhabi VO..

is this positive sign??

A) For Medical;
1) Medical checkup doctors panel address in Hyderabad

B) For PCC;
1) Is there any direct walkin process in Thane, Maharashtra PSK. If so;
a) What is the walkin time:
b) What documents should i carry:
c) Is any attestation needed for any of the documents? If so from whom?
d) Should i take any photographs? if so, how many?
e) Do i need to take any DD or can i pay in cash when i visit Thane, Maharashtra PSK? In DD, on what name?

For PCC at TG, you will need to submit a online form through passport.gov.in and if your staying at same address as on your passport, you will get PCC on spot.

How come you told on the forum you applied for 5221 then? That is indeed ineligible occupation. Look, here are your own words, I quote them again:

I applied for NOC 5221 and i provide couple of years relevant job experience but i mentioned my other jobs which were not relevant to the NOC 5221 but are 0,A,B categories (job certificates attached to the application). Unfortunately i forgot to find out the NOC code for them and write the code beside the job title on schedule 3 form. Do you think they will not accept the job experiences?
