Still No PER... July 3 applicant, CC charged on October 20... Apparently, I made a very careless mistake of not applying for FSWP WES Credentials Assessment... I only applied for a standard one... Last week, I got this message from WES...

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES's online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at

So far, my application has not been returned yet and I applied for a duplicate report already... Will my application be returned eventually?

No problem. This problem has been encountered by several applicants on this forum. Just follow their instructions, then CIC will be able to see WES' FSWP ECA online, and processing of your application will continue.

I just went thru the Medical in Ruby hall, Pune and I just found I have high BP 110/160 ( Sounds unreal as I am 28 and never seen this kind of thing).
They asked me to go thru ECG and that was fine, They added one more test of ceratine and referred me to cardiologist.

Does this can cause rejection in my case?

Any answers are of great help.

Creatine tests are meant for nephrology, not sure why they referred to a cardio. Anyways I would suggest go to any other registered doctor/hospital for medicals. These test reports do not say truth always. Good luck!

Need urgent help on Indian PCC. I received MR, RPRF and PCC request yesterday. I have a PCC which is 5 months older. Can I submit the same or should I get a new PCC from PSK and then submit all the documents?

You are fine to use the one you have. PCCs should not be older than 3 months prior to the date you submitted your application.

Done with Medicals today. As expected my spouse kept in waiting list as one has inactive TB Scar and more over due to the tension High Blood Pressure was shown and had to undergo ECG and creatine test................i am really scared now we are soo close wonder what results would come now.....just curious and out of pressure asking this...does any one gets rejected after medicals or would be given time to get medicated.....guys this forum helped me a lot...please anyone suggest me :'(

i am apply for FSW under the physiotherapy i have all the years of experiences for the requirements and i once worked as a personal assistance to a pilot for a year immediately i got out of school, my problem now is that i have seach for the NOC code and there is nothing like that, do leave i still fill it as part of my work experience without the code?

please anybody with any info should please help me

10th July APP and no response. No idea what happened to my APP. No response to my email orcall to CIC. Very disappointed but will not give up.

Decided to resend new APP. Collecting all originals again from scratch. I have following question

1. My IELTS expires on December 2014 (taken on December 2012) . Should I retake IELTS or send the photocopy as the original was sent with previous APP.

2. My BC has only parents name and my DOB. My name is not mentioned. What should I do. I have my 10th school cert with DOB. Is this enough.

3. I don't have surname and last name. Can I just mention my name in the surname. This is what I did in the last APP.

4. All my academic cert includes my name + fathers name even though my passport has only my name. Will this be a problem.

I think you're jumping the gun a little. If you're worried, sure gather your materials for a new app, but in a few weeks you should either hear back from CIC on your query or get good news.

1. Affidavit.
2. notarized copy of 10th certificate which has her father's name.
3. notarized copy of Aadhar card which has her mother's name (I applied for this with FSW in mind as we didnt hav this before!!).
4. notarized copy of passport, which has both her parent's name.

and it worked for me. Hope this is of help to you as well.

One more question my refusal letter states "letter of employment did not clearly give evidence showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement", what could this exactly mean? Does it mean that they do not believe that i have performed the duties given in the reference letter? If yes, why would they doubt if the reference letter has been signed & stamped by my employer.

Any advise on this.

The "employment requirements" section of the NOC description is not use for FSW purposes. Only the job duties matter.

The only exception is doctor/nurse NOCs that have their own accreditation organizations; they require a special ECA from that organization. But 4011 is not one of these NOCs so dno't worry.

I believe that there are no special ECA for nurses. Only Doctors and Pharmacists.

Yes, Chandigarh PSK issues PCC on the same day provided your passport is not too old

In case of old passports they initiate police verification again.

No way brother, i aslo got my pcc from chd PSK twice, and it takes around two weeks to be issued. Don't believe who ever is saying that u can get it in 1 day.

I wish I had known you or someone was going for their medicals in upcoming days, since I would have given you an advise as they say in India/Pak a "Totkaa" . Anyhow, in the future if anyone has medical then a night before rinse 4-5 lady fingers(The vegetable, ain't asking you to become a cannibal ), slit them longitudinally, put them in a glass of water so they are fully dipped. Have that water in the morning before your medical and your Cholestrol, Blood Sugar, Blood pressure etc will be like of a Baby , drink lots of water, relax and take a deep breath before B.P...... You'll be good to go!!!

P.S: Start doing so now to control your Blood Sugar level.
