Hi, this is my first post here, although I had been following it through for a long time.

Does anyone know if hypertension is a cause of application rejection? My blood pressure is kind of on the border line: ~ 135-145 / 85-100 range.

No, but they will ask for basic additional tests of KIDNEY and Heart like serum creatinine and ECG, it it's over 140.

PCC is valid for 3 months only... u cannot consider that it has 1 year validity.

PCC Validity is 1 year, unless specifically mentioned otherwise. The clause of 3 months is only applicable for PCCs submitted with initial application.

How is it that London visa office is processing June applicants whereas so many of May applicants including me have not heard anything. Also, I was wondering...do you think that the NOC code has anything to do with processing. I find that my NOC 1112 is not moving forward with London VO.ß

What date was your PER issued? I am a May applicant as well - 29th to be precise. But I had a delay in getting my PER due to WES duplicate report issues. Presume my MR is a long way to go...

How high would be the possibility of PER after CC charged?

Maybe as soon as on Monday..Anytime now.

Hello Seniors,

I sent my application under FSW 2014 (2172) on 14th October(received).

I just got to know that my Bank has replaced my old credit card(as per some RBI guidelines) and the new card has been sent to my address. The card info in the new card is different from that in the old card. Old card will be active only till Dec 31'st 2014.

I am seriously depressed about it as i am sure the CC wont get charged within that. Is there anything that you can suggest to overcome this?

1. I heard that we can send the fee payment form with a cover letter. WIll that work?
2. Is it better to resend the application? If so, is there any means i can make it in the CAP 2172?

I am trying my best to contact the bank and get the validity increased but I dont think citibank is gonna listen to me as they used to.

Please help me.

Dear in india All bank work under RBI

RBI is a regulatorty body not controlling operations of a Bank, every bank has there own operations which they run and RBI is not concerend about that, you may refer NI act for the same.....

I am 12th June applicant under NOC 1212 ...DD charged as per Bank on 20th Oct,2014....NO per yet...am really worried......for June applicants like me isn't it too late to get PER..am worried :'(..wat are the chances of getting PER after charging of DD ??

dont know the answer... but evaluation will be done basing on severity.. U can search 4 pages in the forums 4 more info on medicals

Grooby was in a similar situation and he sent a new fee payment form with fresh CC details to CIC, along with cover letter and application details.

You can take his help for this.

If DD is charged on 20th Oct, you can expect PER in few days.

You can do it right away by contacting Ottawa. Especially, adding a dependent is going to require you updated forms and additional documents, so it's better to start the process ASAP. Otherwise, you can update when you get MR from Ottawa. Ottawa does not inform you when your application has been transferred to them, but it's a pretty safe bet that your application is already with them.
