Hi,

I am facing problem while filling form number IMM 5669 - SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND/DECLARATION

I am trying insert details of my education, history & address, point number 7, 8 & 9 respectively. The names of the institutions and addresses are not fitting into the column as it has some font restriction, how can fill this details? can i attached separate annexures for this.

By the grace of Allah, I have received the medical request from SGVO, they have also asked for 4 recent passport photos (taken within last 3 months) and RPRF on October 30, 2014.

Admin please update the spreadsheet.

Second line on my ecas- We started processing your application on October 23, 2014.

Passport photos is really confusing here as according to this link what-is-the-canadian-dimensions-of-passport-size-photo-t94095.0.html;msg1230141#msg1230141 the photo specification is quite different from the photos I have sent with the application. However, Ashif brother clarified me that the photo specification is same as immigration photos. Does any one have different opinion?

I have relative but I don't wanna use "relative point"
which box should I check for question 10 in “Schedule 3 Economic Classes” form.

question 10 :do u have a relative living in Canada ?
1- if yes then provide evidence ---> i dont have any and i dont wanna use the point
2- if NO ----> I lied and its misrepresenting

which option seems more proper ?
1-check "yes" + cover letter saying why I did not provide evidence ( because I do not wanna use the point)
2-check "No" + cover letter saying that I do have a relative and I just wanted to declare true info (thats why I am writing the cover letter)
