Approx. 110-120 days, so probably another month for you to get PER email
Note. it has nothing to do with NDVO, email will be shooted from CIC

1 advice please,

I have got PCC issued on 24th June from AMbala PSK , and since i just got PER on 8th oct my estimate is MR PCC req might come in DEC, do we know how long CIC considers the PCC valid issued from PSK ambala , also i have called Passport call center , and they said i cannot apply for a fresh PCC till 6 months are completed since the issue of the 24th June one ...

can someone please clear the query related to PCC

PCC is valid for 1 year generally if not stated otherwise. The one which you have got should work for your file.

Nope not required. any stay must have to be over 6 months.

as per their guidelines, you didn't stay 6 months so don't need it.
even in MR request from NDVO, they asked that only send PCC if you stayed more than 6 months.

NO, you dont need PCC from US, unless they ask you. PCC is only required from the country you stayed 6 months or more.

If suppose, you are asked by visa office to provide PCC from US, you can inform them, that you havent stayed 6 months in US. While submitting your application, you must have mentioned your duration of stay in US, so most likely they know , and they wont be asking. And suppose they know, you can inform them about your duration of stay.

1 more doubt , might sound stupid but still wanna clear my doubt.
i have stayed at Different Indian Cities due to my job .. chennai , bangalore , noida then gurgaon. ( more than 6 months for each ).

i understand that i only need to get PCC from differnt countries , but within india 1 PCC from PSK is fine ?? is that correct.

Yes, you only need 1 PCC form India.
