My height is 185 cm but the weight is only 43 kg.

I also have some eye sight but not physically challenged.

Otherwise I do not have any physical problem.

Does low wait and eye sight will create problem in medical and cause of rejection

it is better to add one cover letter for every form or document

Make sure u don't miss any document, follow the sequence on checklist + include checklist and checks which point is applicable to you.

Make sure to put xerox where copies and originals where originals are asked

No, bank will get...as and when Transaction declined.

U better :
call your bank and tell them that cic and immigration canada is going to make transaction
transaction amount will be around XXX amount in cad
ask them to update your international transaction limit > your fees.

What makes you so sure?

May and June applicants under 2173 were in the order of 400 (those who got PER's). Number of apps received daily dropped to much less than half after June. So, you need more than 4 months to receive another 400 apps under 2173 (those who'll get PER's), which makes July, August, September, and even October applicants entirely safe. There are some other factors, such as the maneuvering some people might have done away from 2174 and into 2173 in the last couple of months, but still, August and even September should not worry a lot about it.
