I think CIC is tired of receiving applications for the hottest NoCs.
So, for the past 10 days, instead of charging and issuing PERs, most of CIC staff must be working on just "completion check" of the hottest NoCs.
They might have finished the completion check for august and probably september also.
So, in the next update they might put 1000 for 1112, 2173 and probably 2132 and 2171 also.

Just my analysis guys ;D
was not very active last few weeks and today was going through all the discussions.

It is a wild guess but I tend to agree.

I got my 3rd line updated - Medical results have been received

Med request date - 13 Oct 2014

I have a doubt regarding POF. I had showed fixed deposit for POF and now got a loan against my fixed deposit so will that affect the process? When POF check will be done by NDVO?
Will that be required only during landing in canada without job offer or will they be investigating on the fixed deposits before PPR?

Please clarify.....

If your FD is security for the loan, meaning the bank can take the FD if you don't repay the loan, then your FD is no longer unencumbered and cannot be shown as settlement funds. You will need to show settlement funds upon landing, so hopefully you have some other liquid an unencumbered funds you can use.

What will happen to my application if NOC get capped before August,
can you predict the approximate CAP date of NOC 2173,
would my application be within the cap,

July completeness check is done I am not sure about August.
If you are not in the cap your application will be returned to you

My weight is low from begining. I do not have fate in my body. I do not have any physical problem. Even my HB is around 15.

FSW will end on Jan 2015 the moment CIC will launch Express Entry

It clearly says "These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015."

but still we can not predict CIC.

I have a big question here.

I just got my app returned, here are some quick lines -

A review of your app indicated you do not meet criteria of Regulation 10 IRPA. The app is returned due to this reason.

Below this, in that on the first page it says in highlighted color -

- Please see the highlighted items on the enclosed checklist or the enclosed appendix.

Now here are the highlighted words -

1. "Important information" start of para.

Below that, this word NOTE is highlighted. Which goes on explanation of work experience. It describes what NOC skills are and so on.

However nothing NOTHING on this para is highlighted.

Now, i go to appendix.

In that, 1 line is fully highlighted, which is IMM5406 it is also checked.

Nothing else is highlighted.

I am confused what does this mean, i know i made mistake on 5406, so it is 1 issue, does that mean i have issues on LOR or NOC roles or what ? Cause nothing there is highlighted.

Please enlighten if someone faced similar thing.

A month ago, another forum member posted a scan of the rejection letter that he got. And it looked exactly as you have described with exactly the same areas highlighted (including the word "NOTE", and the words "IMPORTANT INFORMATION", and the bullet related to IMM 5406 in the appendix). However, it was commonly assumed by him and by all other forum members that his problem was solely related to IMM5406, or at least this is what everybody thought. It didn't come to anybody's mind that there may have been a problem with his NOC or work experience.

You may try to search this thread for the post of the member I am referring to, and may be contact him. I saved the scans he shared. The timestamp I have for those files is September 30, which can help you locate the post easier.

Then you should be fine bring someone to the check that can tell the doctor you eat enough

They dont care abt weight as long as you are otherwise fit
