Normal Black & White will do, but it should be clear and readible and if you can arrange color photocopy there is no harm.

Do we need to get Color Photocopy of documents or normal black & white will do?

In Wes application, while making the application, for my bachelors degree, the name of institution attended should be the college name or the university name. Also in the dates should I write the last year of getting the degree or the entire 3 year period that I attended college for my bachelors degree

Nopes,
Only couple of lucky ones have survived this mistake, all others have been outrightly rejected for applying under 2 NOCs in same application.

Thank you for your reply but I have two separate experience letters and I have a Bachelor, Master,and Phd in Physics, also I have a Bachelor in Economics. I want to choose the NOC 1112 as a primary code and NOC 4011 as the second code. With this explanations,
Do you think my application will be rejected?

As per BaNK STATMENTS, I am moving to Swiss for more than a year next month...So I can have more funds in Bank in future ....But problem is if I will Show property as liabilty , I heard that Indian VO don't take it as asset ...n should not reject application straight ..

So In the end my Property should not end up as liabilty only.....!!! In thst case I will be in -ve.....So Was thinking seriously on that....

Since u have the liabilities then u should show ur assets for which u a r underlying of this liabilities...

In this case i can suggest u to show both asset (including house)and liabilities...

Also if u can do then--Please include few more bank asset volume....It will strengthen the Proof of fund since ur liabilities are high and bank balances are most strong settlement fund compare to PF...

Thts what is my opinion...

Hi Seniors,

I applied in 2013 as a single applicant under NOC 2147 and i had 67 point but my fill returned due to Cap filled.
Now this year this NOC code is not there but my job responsibilities match with 2281 - computer network technicians, so i will apply for it.


some of my queries are:

I recently got married on 2nd May,

1)so should i need to apply as single applicant or for both.
2) if i mentioned married and wants to apply for my self only , so do i need to submit my wife's passport, marriage certificate, spouse IELTS, etc ? Because my wife do not have any one these.
3) My file is ready as it was returned from last year, but what should i have do.. is it required to fill all documents of my wife (passport,marriage cert.) because it will consume lots of time and months.

u have to submit all of the above docs...Since u cant hide that u are married u will need to submit along with the application...

So suggestion is to collect all of the papers urgently...

All of the country have the opportunity to collect PP and Marriage cert on urgent basis....

Since this yr CAP is 1000 u have enough chances...Also 2281 is not on the top hot NOC list...

So just run away swiftly to get the required docs...

I believe u can get the CAP even after waiting for the collection of required docs...

I must appreciate your intellect (2 BS, Master & PHD... amazing), again point is you can only select 1 primary code.

My suggestion, go for 4011 (if you have enough work experience in it to qualify for 67 points) as 1112 is HOT. The Schedule 3, has only 1 place for NOC. If they were accepting applications under 2 NOC they would have provided space for 2.

As i mentioned earlier, only couple of guys (1 or 2) have reported an instance where they mentioned 2 NOCs and still got through it. All others got rejected. If you want to test your luck, be my guest.

I looked up no hope for GT at most centers before July...

I think I am out of the race

But I have heard if the cap reaches these guys would give 2 options either to refund the fee or keep it in pending status and when next time the program opens they consider it afresh, is that true?

If your application reaches CIC after after cap is reached, your application including fee will be returned. That is what happened to those of us who applied last year but our applications got there late. This is the last year that CIC will use FSW program, last chance brother!

According to me u should mention University name and in dates column u should mention the year in which you passed the degree.... Seniors, Please correct if I am wrong....

While I applied last year, I gave the name like this, "Institute of XXXX, University of XXXX".

Passed year generally written either in transcript or in certificate or in both.
