I have sent mu application and now I want to withdraw my fixed deposit.
anyway it will effect my application, whether VO contact back or they will ask me the latest statement while doing BG.
For FD no statement will be there, if VO asks I wll keep agian in my FD that time, How it works, all because thats not my money, please suggest

Are you saying you borrowed money from others and represented it as your settlement funds?

Hi all,

I received back my documents on 17th October and the reason was the wrong payment method (which I realised after sending my application) and they also highlighted the work responsibilities part, which I am not sure why happened because I followed the standard template including my job responsibilities according to the NOC description, number of hours, start and joining date etc.
The weird thing is that the rejection letter which I received was dated 13th August and it reached on 17th October (so late, right?)

Now I am thinking to apply again but I need to know how old documents can I use? Can I use a bank statement from August and same old documents which I sent in May??

You should update all your documents. If you send in a new application it will be just that, a new application. It would be very odd if the information you provide suddenly stopped several months before the date of submission.

i'm 30th july applicant to NOC 2174 .. and i noticed that only 3 persons charged after cap on 14th of October .. do you think it's a sign?
is there any hope?Q

Sorry but no way 30th July will be in the cap for 2174. There will be very few if any further charges.

Hi All,

Just checked ECAS, got know that my file started processing on 15th October 2014. I used to check my ECAS every 30 minutes in a day and even the last working day of last week (Friday) also I did the same but never saw this update. So it seems to be so confused whether VO is working Saturday and Sunday. Anyways, I am not sure how long I need to wait for to receive the MR!

Kindly update, is there any one who got MR after showing ECAS "Second Line" at the first phase.

Good news again....

Buddy, sometimes CIC updates the ECAS in a batch.....But this does not indicates that case officers are active on holidays too......

I think standard working hours amount to 40h/w, but it varies from country to country.

But for this purpose, CIC counts a job as full time if it is at least 30 hrs/week
