Little to none since CIC offices are not open on Sundays.

Even if you stay for less than 6 months you DO have to send an updated supplementary travels from to the VO. However, you will not be required to send a PCC from the US.

Also, if you change or employment, you should update the VO accordingly.

After the file transfer to LVO,there will be background checks, and if i get a medical request then is it confirm that we are in and getting the PR or are there more stages of fear i mean after getting medical request what are chances of getting rejected ?

you are correct .you will get 23 points as uk one year 1 year mba is assessed as postgraduate canadian degree

Master's is graduate studies in fact. Phd is postgrad.

i think in this case you should do following thing

-send indian pcc with MR receipt to NDVO
-also take print out of official FBI website anoucement where they define the issue of late pcc send
-on thus basis you should request time extention from NDVO by letter with your sign and other info about your application like client id, file no, etc

1. Stay positive at all times.
2. Anything can happen at any time.

To summarize: Although there is a bare minimum chance that something goes wrong after MR - I, personally, wouldn't want to be the one providing you with that guarantee

@ Financepk and all other LVO applicants:

I have noticed a certain trend as per SS, LVO is giving priority to IT related NOCs i.e. 217* series.

My notion is based on NOC codes of applicants who have received MR form LVO.

So, apparently, if someone belongs to IT related NOC, they are likely to receive MR much earlier than other NOC applicants.

And just out of curiosity, what is your friend's NOC code who has already received document update request from LVO?

I agree to this observation.nocs 217X ,213X.. are def moving faster than other noc

yes in india ,masters is postgraduate degree. UK MBA is equivalent to CANADIAN masters so he will get 23 points.

1. U can ask CPC to extend the time for FBI report...this is a common issue to them...(if its not on ur hand on right time).

2. Ur child wont require RPRF.

3. Ur Eligibility +Background checking seems completed...But rest of the things are pending...

I applied in August and still waiting for PCC. I had written a NDVO and they gave me extension of 20 days to submit i.e. till 30-Nov

But I am not sure if 20 days would be sufficient for you, as my fingerprints reached on 12-Aug and I am expecting to receive the report in mid Nov.

You can write to NDVO and ask for atleast 1 month extension.

I need some help/suggestion from SENIORS:

CIC New Delhi Office has requested Police Clearance Certificates from FBI (USA) and India, Medicals and RPRF to be submitted by 1st week of November.

I already got the Indian Police Clearance Certificate from Passport Office and Medicals have been done.

I applied for the USA Clearance Certificate from FBI in September. However, due to some internal system issues, FBI website has notified that it would take about 12 weeks to process any Summary Request (US Police Clearance Certificate). There is no way to expedite the process also.

So, this means I will not be able to submit the FBI Clearance Certificate by 1st week of November to the New Delhi Visa Office as visa office had requested.

So what do I do now? Is there any risk that CIC may reject my application since this just one document could not be submitted by the specified/requested date? Except the FBI Clearance document I have everything else.

My suggestion is to start preparation for FBI from now on....Since they are doing late now.....

U can request them again.....NDVO will entertain this req ..........Besides its becomes very common problem for all (for US residents)......
