How many days it takes to get Medical request from NVDO after PER. I have heard 45 calender days is that correct ?

You can't apply to FSW with this permit. But you can work under it for a year and go for the PNP stream in your province though.

Is it true that passport expiration date must be at least a year from the date when Local visa office send MR?

Can I renew passports before the MR exam( I have not MR received yet)? Do I have to send a scanned copies or physical copies of the new passports to local visa office?
If I renew passports after Medical examination, Do I have to re do the medical examination just because I have new passports?

My passport will expire in Aug 2015

Renew your passport. No need to send it now, at the time of MR they will mention to notify them regarding any changes in your application. At that time you can send them updated passport information.

Most people who are already working in Canada can submit their FSW or FST application (with a qualifying job offer) directly to CIC to be considered. In such cases, they do not need to apply separately to ESDC for an LMIA.

It seems they wouldn't consider experience of less than 1 year in the updated form as far as work experience points are concerned. That's the only crucial amendment I can think of.

They removed less than 1 year option from the updated form

Yes, they actually did , but that means they will consider such experience for applicants before August, and not for applicants after August
It won't be logic like this

Hi! I finished Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4years). Others say there is a list of accredited schools that are given 21 points. Where can i find that list?

Seniors, one question just popped up...

In Generic form, for "Place of Birth, City/town", i mentioned as " Hyderabad". How ever i just notice on my BC as "Secunderabad".

BC is given by "Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad".

Will this be any problem...
