Dear All experienced immigration applicants,

I am going to send my appliction to central intake office by courier on 12th Nov,2014. What is the opinion of you expert guys that if my application is complet in all respect, whether there is a chance that my application will be considered. Because i have heard news that candidates who submitted their applications in june got PER in oct 2014. So, it means that there will be already thousands of applications in que, and the cap will be over before my turn will come. Isn't it!! OR there is still some HOPE-!-!-

Please adivce. Thanks for your suggestion and experienced comments in this matter.
My NOC is 0113 which has just received only 64 applications as of today. Could you please advise?
Secondly is there any benefit for hirining any of immigration law firm in canada?

George

What if one role REALLY DOES fit into two NOC Codes? That is the problem, I don't believe that that is fooling, if it is true?

Brother Springchicken, applications in multiple NOCs are perfectly OK. How did you get the April post here at October ??? ???

Brother Century, two NOC for the SAME ROLE though right? Have you heard this being ok? I think in practice it is realistic, and real, but have heard cic may not like that or understand occupations sufficiently. That would be worst nightmare..I dont know how i got april post actually ;D

You NOC won't be filled up by this year. So, get prepared for application.

If you can go through this link page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp and give some time, no consultant will be required. Apart from this, many helping formites are here for 24X7 to answer your query. I would suggest, give some time and do it yourself.

how come??

I remember that cic was also working the Saturday preceding the week when 2174 was capped. Perhaps, they are working extra hours to cap another Noc before publishing next cap update. Just a guess!

1. IELTS score - 18 points
2. Colour copies are fine. ECA Report, IELTS Report, PCC to be in original.
3. Copies of experience letters are fine. Spouse experience letter not required.
4. Work experience has nothing to do with education.

Does the work experience copies need to be notarized?

@ Century

That April post is on 2nd page, so apparently he started reading from pg 1 till 2 before relaxing that he is on the wrong end of the forum :o

Notarisation not required.

Notarisation is not mandatory if documents are in one of Canada's official language, I.e. French or English
