If you got visa that permit you to stay USA continuously more than one year, then you may request your vo to transfer your file at CPC-Ottawa with justification. They may entertain your request or refuse it.

In this year, NDVO seems to be faster than earlier. So, just wait and see before you make your decision.

Yes I have got a student visa that permits me to stay in the USA for more than a year. In this case do I need to request my VO(i.e. India) or CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca? Thanks!

Hello everyone. Needed some help regarding:

1. How much Points I score in IELTS? how to calculate? My IELTS score is:
Listening 6.5
Reading 7.0
Writing 6.0
Speaking 6.0
-----------------------
Over all 6.5
-----------------------

2. Can I attach all color copies of supporting documents excluding ECA Report, IELTS Report, Bank Statement?

3. Experience Letter:
i) Should i (APPLICANT) attach original or copy of current experience.
ii) For Spouse, should I attach all experience letters (copies). And for Current Experience (Original / copy)?.

4. Degree : In my Degree Certificate its written as " Passed the examination held in December 2013" but i am working since September 2013. DOES IT COUNTS 1 +YEAR OF EXPERIENCE. or the experience is counted after final examination held.

I applied 4th June,,,, No updates yet. But WES asked more fee for sending electronic report to CIC...

I paid on 15t Oct but status is evaluation in progress....

So how long should i wait for this awkward situation as I have see that 18th JUNE already started getting PER...

They have UCI from previous app......... it remains same forever but first time is is issued at the time of CC/DD charging or return of file for whtever reason may be such as CAP filled or document missing etc etc.

That's a very interesting question, we have been requested for MR's by NDVO on 11th October and still have to get it completed. We are waiting to also receive FBI & PCC clearance, so is NDVO taking 30 days after MR's are completed to request for Passports? Or do they request for Passports after receiving the original PCC/FBI results, so basically another 60 total days is what i am assuming i.e. 11 december, and in our case, since we live in US, we will be mailing our passports to Canadian Embassy within USA & then hopefully would be given 6 months to pay the landing fee & land in there?

Also, our consultant has a local canadian address, so will our PR cards be mailed there? Also, what exactly happens at landing? :'( :-\

We all are fSWP Aspirants and have only one dream (Canada) in our eyes. Though I am a new guy on this forum only about 1 month old but I really feel, why should we be connected only up to this platform, can't we be in touch beyond this thing. There are number of people helping each other with no expectations, why this help should be stopped after this forum. This forum has given a very good platform of networking to numerous persons which should be continued in future also.

Therefore, I request the administrator of this forum to create a new column or new sheet where we can share our email id and FB id and can connect with each other for a long time.

2. Colour copies are fine. ECA Report, IELTS Report, PCC to be in original.
3. Copies of experience letters are fine. Spouse experience letter not required.
4. Work experience has nothing to do with education.
