What I did earlier was made a genuine mistake / unintentionally suppressed fact. But now that I am aware of the issue, if I don't attempt to correct the mistake then it'd be an intentional suppression of facts which would also be unethical. Since my card has been charged and I may get PER soon (hopefully!). I have decide it's best to prepare a new corrected background declaration form and send it thru to London VO along with an apology letter explaining my error about a week after I get PER.
that'll give them a sense of genuinity from you, 80% chances are they wont call u but even if they do then I think you will get a better chance to clarify!! This is just another advise, rest is solely up to you bro.
