I am 4th Oct PER, 9th June applicant.. when can i expect MR?? Visa Office - NDVO.. ECAS still shows apllication Recvd on 9th June'2014.

Congratulations buddy and good luck for rest of the process. You can update ss using link in my signatures. If you have your courior rracking number then you can check online when your shipment was delivered.

My tracking number got expired 3 months back(I've check with the courier service)

Rest i have updated the SS as a 2nd July applicant.

I received PER on September 8th and havent heard from NDVO since. So u have a loooong waiting period....Relax

Many 1st,2nd and 3rd week june applicants waiting for their CC/DD Charge. ANd they don't know what is going on their applications.

ONE MORE IMPORTANT QUESTION

Already got PER. I have just completed my masters, but I don’t have the transcripts (So not getting WES for it). Should I tell NDVO about the completion of my degree??

you need to get your credentials done from CIC recommended institute to claim your study/degree points (I did it from WES, Canada).
For NOC, yes you need to match with your job experience not with the degree content.

thank you a lot, yes I sent my high school diploma and my university diploma month ago to IQAS in Edmonton for qualification assessment it will be ready in December or January, I have few questions please:

do I need a job offer to send my application?
I have the contract from my employer shows 5 years of employment, what else i need for experience proof?
I got 5,5 (S6 L5 R5,5 W4,5) in the IELTS test is this enough for language proof?
If i send my application in December still have a chance before the start of Express Entry ?

I got 5,5 (S6 L5 R5,5 W4,5) in the IELTS test is this enough for language proof? you will have to retake IELTS
If i send my application in December still have a chance before the start of Express Entry ? both programs will run in parallel
