Hi guys... .really need help....... please advise...

My Credit Card has been replaced by a chip credit card due to RBI guidelines. And the card I had used for payment advice to CIC has now been INVALIDATED. My new credit Card has the same number but a different CVV and expiry date.
Card Company: American Express

I am now planning to send a new payment form to CIC with new credit card details. Will be emailing/Couriering/faxing all three documents.
Sending 3 documents now:
1. Cover Letter
2. Payment form
3. Xerox of previous payment form (Cancelled)

In my cover letter I am going to include the following details:
Name:
Passport number:
Date of birth:
NOC Code:
Application courier docket number
Date of receipt of Application by CIC:
Person name to whom package was delivered:

Please let me know if I should include anything else ....?

any suggestion at all ?

my application received date:18th July 2014 NOC1112. Cant let my application be rejected....

I know i've posted this before but would like some more advice ....

my application reached on 7th July but still no acknowledgement letter or any kind of communication. Did anybody applied on or after 7th July received any communication from CIC?

Thanks for your help.

7th July applications might start getting some charges charged after 10-12 days and Pers issued only after another 20 days or so. Have patience till then.

how do I know which VO they are going to send my file now?

I suggest you concentrate in IELTS while keeping an eye on the CAP. If by the time you get your IELTS results the CAP is about 80-90% full i think you are better set for Express Entry. Keep in mind that if you apply for FSW and intend to apply for EE, you will almost surely need two copies of IELTS and ECA report (since the original must be submited), as well as two sets of notarized photocopies.

Thanks for your reply. I also had thought in similar lines.
I have one doubt. Say when I send the application, the CAP is 80% full, and by the time it comes up for processing, the CAP is filled. So CIC will return me the entire package (including original IELTS and ECA reports, and the application fee). And then I can wait for next year and apply with those original documents, right?
Is my assumption wrong somewhere?

For last 4 years or so I have been crossing Canada High Commission Delhi twice a day once on my way to office in Gurgaon and once on return.
I still do.

Never knew this very embassy will be instrumental in changing my life for good

Copies of certificates are attached as well. I know that for any document not in english we should put original notarized document. In my case i did notarized an english document so i was thinking that I should also put the original transcripts/ marksheets, i was thinking of the same? Or no need? Thanks for your help

If degree certificates are in English, then you are good. Transcripts anyways are not mandatory.
