I guess u know the ans better than us...Ofcourse u should wait to get the PER....It should not be too delayed to get the PER.....After then block ur CC or email them to stop processing the app...

7th July here too. I guess we have to wait a couple more weeks. my wait may be a bit longer because mode of payment is DD.

Current Status

Just got an email from London VO, asking me to provide certain additional documents as under:

1. Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member

Question: Nothing has been updated at our passports, send same? Why are the asking again

2. Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

3. Police Certificates for myself & Spouse for Pakistan & for myself of another country I lived

4. -Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)

4. -Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and your spouse. This form must be fully complete with no gaps. Each month must be accounted for and listed.

Questions

i. New Schedule A/Background Declaration? Online says the form date is "Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] (PDF, 246 KB) December 2012" Thats exactly what I sent? What new form are they talking?

ii. Passport Bio Pages? I sent them these before and there is no change to it? Resend? why?

iii. Should I wait for the Medical Request Email or get it done?


Please advise.

Kanika78 had dispatched her application on 16th June. She isn't sure when her application was received (she assumes around 22nd/23rd June). Her visa office is CPC-O and her DD was encashed on 08th October. Hope this clarifies any confusion.

I understand that this has stirred the hornet's nest, but trust me getting anxious will not get you your PER sooner. So just wait patiently CIC is not working on a FIFO mode !

Hello Seniors,

I have applied for PR in Canada via FSW program (Started in May-2014). I have received my UCI from Central Intake Office few days ago.

The initial application was made for myself and my spouse but since then my family status has changed. (My son was born).

Can you please let me know how and when should I inform the visa office about the change? Should I wait for communication from Delhi-Visa office before informing about the status change because I have not received any confirmation that my file has been transferred to Delhi Visa Office.

hi everyone.. I need your help pls..im anxiuos about the work contract i sent to cic.. in my COE it states that I gained one year full time experience but in the temporary contract it says from january to may the same year..since i was considered only a temporary/casual worker that time..but after my contract expired, the company no longer issued another contract..and said that they will not issue a contract extension..is it going to cause a problem with my application?does the CIC consider my experience as one year?please help im so anxious.. thank you..

If ur job duty letter shows one yr then u should be fine....Appointment letter is an optional....And since u did not have contract letter for the whole yr then u should avoid that letter...

Anyway I hope this will not create an issue since that one is an optional thing....

Dear Seniors and all,

After reading all the queries and questions, I just got one idea in my mind. If we can make the answers for most of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and keep it in the link like Spread Sheet, we can save lots of time for seniors and refer answered questioned to FAQ. We can group and club it in different sections so that other can find it easily.

By doing so, members can also answer more new customized questions. What is your thought on this?

Nice idea.....
But this what we have on all official sites.... What i feel everyone gets individualized answers and feel more satisfied from solution with that personal touch.....

ii. Passport Bio Pages? I sent them these before and there is no change to it? Resend? why? What they mean by that is First last page of your PP. Just resend it to them even if there is no changes.

iii. Should I wait for the Medical Request Email or get it done? Wait for them to send IMM1017 form because it will have your IME# on it.

There are many applicant in same situation. I am one of them. I know this waiting time is frustrating. But we can do only two things in this situation

1) Send email to CIS
2) Wait patiently and enjoy time with family and friends.

My name is Harsh and I'm applying for FSW 2014 under DBA 2172 category.I have 3.8 years of experience and scored 7 bands in IELTS as

Speaking - 6
Listening - 8.5
Writing - 7.5
Reading - 6.5

I'm 26 years old and have done Bachelors of Technology in Computer science 4 years degree

I've done all the paper work PCC and everything.But at the time of submitting document my agent is saying that I'm 2 points short ie 65

Could you guys please let me know what are the options I've as I'm going to complete 4 years experience on 20 December 2014.So If I send my application on 21 dec 2014,will there be any chance for me then as from Jan 1 Express Entry is going to be there.

Please guide me on this.

FSW runs until April 30, 2015 so you have plenty of time to apply, assuming your NOC isn't capped, and waiting until you have the full 4 years of experience will get you the 2 points you need.

Also look under adaptability points and see if any of the ways to get 5 or 10 extra points apply to you. If you have a spouse you could have your spouse take the IELTS.

There will not be any confirmation from NDVO since they are not sending AOR this yr....

U can wait until one month from the date of PER (to give them time for file transferring to NDVO) and then send the below docs on NDVO address directly...



For the child addition, please check the below:

1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. updated Bank cert+statement
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Generic form
