Hi, I am still trying to help a friend out. I remember seeing someone post a few days back that their application was returned because their ECA was done before April 13, 2013.

Anyone remember who that person was?

Wes needs to provide revalidation as on date as per fswp norms. This is required as Eca was done prior to 17th April 2013.

Then it will be accepted.

There is one applicant that got rejected due to CAP reached, and he/she is a June 16th applicant. It is not known if this is valid though, cause one of the June 19th applicant same NOC got his CC charged. :| Weird.

That is a fake entry aircanada bro ........ you are safe ...... next week you are going to see that ur cc got charged and then big party ......... ;D That is the fact whether you believe me or not 8)

My entry in the SS is not thr. I don't know how come it just got deleted. I was promptly updating my entry after getting PER n whn I saw after updating. It's not thr. :'( :'( :'(

Could any one please answer this, looks a tricky one....

answering to the best of my limited knowledge.
checklist is a mandatory document and is included by all applicants. If this is not included then it is upto cic to decide what will be the fate of the application.
Checklist is a standard list and is absence should not ideally make any difference to the application. But cic may reject the application as they have mentioned checklist to be included. Or they may just ignore.

Haven't come across any other case in the past and hence difficult to comment. Anyways if I were in your place I would have sent the hard copy checklist to cic and emailed them a request to include it with the initial docs.

I have a High Blood Pressure complaint, i do take medicines and it is under control 130/80, at the time of Medical test do i need to mention my previous history of BP ? or just be quite and deny it? assume at the day of medicals, you normally tend to have anxiety and end up shooting your BP, which is normal in many cases i guess.

Do you guys think this is something to worry about ? i asked my doctor he said its normal now. just in case if you are really concerned take a different tablet which he is suggesting which will bring the BP to normal that day,but will drain you urine. iam thinking to treat this as a normal day, i would take my normal dose and attend the medicals.

Do you guys find BP condition as normal and doesn't effect the immigration process.?[/size]

Application Sent : 04-June-2014
Application received at CIO Sydney(NS) Office : 09-June-2014
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2133
Calculated Points: 79
Payment Mode : CC(Citi Bank)_Also I had notified my Bank for the upcoming transaction from "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW - SYDNEY NS.

Here I would like to ask that since from the time of submission 120 days are past, so how long further CIO will take in order to send across the PER.

Looking forward for your valuable comments and suggestions soon.

This is normal condition and this is nowhere going to effect the immigration


Advise from my side:

1. Take appointment and reach on time
2. Go with your spouse or friend to help you.
3. Take ample sleep and good amount of water for the day prior to the medicals.

HEloo all after sooo many days of waiting and tension , finally today i received a post from CIC today and it says it received a positive legibiligy but final decision will be made by VO . i hope this is PER MAIL but not sure why they sent it via POST . can some one post their PER email please would help me comparing mine .
and also it had a UCI number can i check my status online now ?? can some one provide me the url please.
