Did you mean you got charged on 22 September?
How did you check ECAS without getting PER email? It looks like you had UCI number form previous application that did not go through for some reason.
When you click "In Process", Do you see "Your Application was received on..."?

I have applied for 2013 and I got my file returned due to CAP. I use my old UCI this time for checking and showing in process status.

While clicking it displays your application is received on may 04. but no PER..

After CC charge In-process means that you application is under eligibility review(includes everything background check, points, etc). One its done and if they find you eligible they will issue you PER.

There have been simmilar cases where people lost their cards or blocked. They all sent new payment forms with new cc details or dd and those have been accepted, processed and issued PER also.

I would strongly recommend you guys to immediately send new form.

Just scroll 4-5 pages back or search for Indiana_Jones , i have explained him how to proceed with additional documents.

Good luck ..... but dont delay as matching additional documents with original file somtimes taketime also.

Hope someone will be able to answer this question.

I have filled the fingerprint form and completed fingerprinting from local police station in my city in gujarat.

The form FD-258, has a field called "ORI".

As far as I can understand this field, is different for different agencies.

Police station staff does not know their ORI code, when I asked them,

But the guideline from FBI says "ORI is a required field, and application maybe rejected if ORI is wrong or blank".

So now I am confused......

Please HELP on urgent basis...

Unfortunately never required fingerprinting for FBI PCC and hence unable to answer your query. I am sure there are many others who will be able to give you a satisfactory answer.
