It's been now 50 days from my PER and no Medical till now. NDVO please wake up and give us MR ASAP!

Hi,

I had applied under the NOC category for financial and investment analyst category. Request your advice on the following:

1.I did not have the birth certificate as mentioned in the supporting documents.So I had given an explanation along with it and signed it and had submitted the class ten certificate copy instead showing the birth date. After sending the application I however saw a video on the website mentioning that in such a situation you should also send an affidavit which I have not.Please advice if you think my application is going to get returned because of this.

2. My application had been received on first of October as per the courier tracking. Would I be receiving an acknowledgement from the Canadian office now and how do I track the status of my application?

cic accepts 10th certificate as DOB ,if it has your name,dob,parent/parents name Pease check your certificate

If your 10th class certificate contains your DoB and father's name, it will be acceptable. Affidavit not required.

2. My application had been received on first of October as per the courier tracking. Would I be receiving an acknowledgement from the Canadian office now and how do I track the status of my application? No, you won't get any acknowledgement from CIC till you get PER.

in the form Schedule 3 Economic Classes IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3 ...section 10 about relative in canada
my uncle is a canada citizen but coz i dont have enough documents i dont wanna use relative point ( i can get 67 without relative point) now i wonder should i mention i have relative? coz in case of "yes" i have to provide evidence ...if i say "no" i lied ! what should i do ?

another question is that in my job reference letter it was mentioned i was working FULL time ( they did not mention weekly hours ) it will be an issue ?
coz
the number of hours worked per week must be mentioned
the employer wont give me another letter

If you got relatives and you are not claiming points, you don't need to provide any proof.

Full-time is good enough.

I want to pay my Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) online , is it possible to pay it via Debit card or compulsory I need credit card only ?

Or what is the best option onliine payment or Demand draft ?

It is better to say 'NO', because if you dont have proof then nobody has proof ;D

What I knew that if I am principal applicant and I have joint account with my father / FD account with my father, it's OK but what i need to show is Notarized Copy of NOC from my father for utilization of fund.

is that correct?

Debit card will work.

My suggestion, go for DD in indian rupees; save your balance for future use (if your country got some restriction on yearly transaction on dollar amount).

Yes, it is rule of thumb - MR means waiver of interview.

However, note that, VO reserve the right for having interview even after issuing Visa.

Based on the trend, once the VO requested for an MR, RPRF and PCC to an applicant, does it mean the interview is being waived already?
