I'm May 30th applicant under NOC 2171. No news from CIC yet. Even the payment is not charged. I'm kind of worried. Is there anyone in same situation from May?

From LVO i got only 45 days . Documents should be ready within 30days and it should reach concerned officer within 45 days . Hope this will be same for NDVO also . Get all the documents ready immediately after PER to make sure that ur process is not delays due to our own reasons.

Normally, both are requested together.

Hi Seniors!!

I finally managed to dispatch my documents but have a question.

My spouse was denied the dependant visa when I was in UK. The reason was insufficient documents. She subsequently re-applied and was granted a visa. I have mentioned all this in schedule a for my spouse. I also attached the visa refusal letter as evidence. However, i just realized that I have attached only 1 page of the 2 page refusal letter. I am not sure what bearing this will have on the application as this letter was not specifically asked for, I attached it as an additional proof.

Can anyone please shed light on this issue? Do I need to be worried? Should I send out both pages of the refusal letter again and hope they match it?

Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Folks!!! We finally got our MR mail, hope to expect the RPRF and PCC requests soon....

Our Status is as follows:

7th May applicant,
PER on 11th August,
ECAS: 2 line updated on 24th September
MR Mail - Oct 2nd.
RPRF & PCC .... to follow

Hi do we need to submitt Australian PCC with the file while sending to CIc or later after receiving PER mail,plz answer as I was also living in australia in Victoria state.can we receive PER mail without Australian PCC.plz help

Yes you can send pcc later on the request of visa officer

How to check whether a DD from Thomas Cook is en-cashed or not? They said I will have to contact the bank whose name is mentioned on the DD.

Just visit the branch who issued dd...they will track for you

How many days does the NDVO gives for submitting MR, RPRF & PCC..I am struggling to get PCC as I have address proof issues..Just on the safer side to know...Please let me know..My PER date is September 9th.

45-60 days, If any issues you can ask for extension, (Visa officer might give extension or not)

NDVO is not updating any status. Application received date 7th May. PER received date 11th August. Still no change in status. It still says 'we received your application....'

Need to wait for MR, PCC, just like we waited for PER.
