You mean I want to get another certificate from HR saying we don't provide detailed experience letter?? I won't be getting anything from HR. Certificate from senior won't be enough?

You can do the following -

1) Send a mail to your HR or senior HR asking them to give you your Roles and responsibilities in the mail.
2) If he/she responds with the note saying "As per our policy we dont provide, you can reply to her Thanks and take a print out of that mail and keep it along with your application.
3) Prepare an affidavit mentioning all your roles and responsibilities in detail and ask any of your senior colleague to sign on that. (The more senior the colleague is the better the chances).
4) Mention his designation, joining date and years he had worked with you with the contact details (Business card would be fine).

Check with the ISP if he is blocking any emails...is it your official email id ?

I am may 26th applicant & my CC charged on Sept 11th.

Still I haven't received my PER email.

Is my file is rejected after CC charge ?

I am really tensed ???

Stay positive, each application is unique and processing times varies from each applican and it depends on the case officer handling your application. It is very rare for a CC already charged to be rejected.

MR Mail - Oct 2nd.

Hello All,

I have already submitted my application, but while going through the information in forum, I found few posts regarding translation of documents which referred to "guide IMM 7000" , which is CIC guide for FSW 2014 applicants.

It says for all documents which are to be translated in English / French, a notarized translation is required, along with an affidavit by the translator and also a "certified" copy of original.


However, in the document check-list, regarding translation it is mentioned:

"If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the original version."

Nowhere it says that any affidavit or "certified" copy is required.

For my Birth certificate which is not in English, and believing the check-list to be true, I sent only notarized translation and a copy of original . I did not send any affidavit from translator.

I hope this should not be a point of concern in future, when my application is assessed.

I think you shall be fine, the guide says that the certified copy can be done by judge, magistrate , notary public, etc.. As you have done notary , it should work. Regarding an affidavit from the translator, i agree that it is mention as a requirement in the guide but i feel only for this reason they might not reject the application. The good think you did is you attached the copy of original, some cases are reported when the applications were returned due to non attachment of original copy of the translated document. firstly don't mind but their is nothing like business visa on which visa you travelled? B1/B2 or L1/L2 or the h category, anyhow you will have to mention all add an annexure attachment when you print them. good luck ;D ;D

secondary/high school:
5 and 7 totalling 12 is what most cases are..including cambridge.

what should we write in name of institution for people who have done O/A levels
school names or university of cambridge

write school name and "U.of.Cambdridge" you can add with a comma...all the best!
