There is no any scope to file under 2173 now. It will be wastage of your courier fee. I am really sorry to say stavan, you have messed up the case by yourself. It was very clearly mentioned what band is required for spouse IELTS inorder to claim adaptability points. Then too I don't know why you wanted to sent your file with the one that not meet the eligibility criteria. Instead of being so much hurry your spouse could have taken retaken IELTS that time itself to meet the criteria. You may have to wait for another few days but it was a sure bet for you.

You have one way left now. To find any alternative NOC which matching with your roles and file under that if any.

How do you know? He could be the 1000st applicant

I need some clarification regarding my case, i am june 18 applicant i sent my file on 14 or 15 june.

A year ago i applied for SINP programme under jo category. But my nomination was declined as my employer (who issued me jo) refused to give fresh jo when demanded by sinp authorities. SINP issued me a refusal letter on 4th june but my agent informed me after 18 june (it was on a mail id created on my name by my agent for that case only which i did not had access to). So i have not mentioned anything about that case in my file.

So kindly advice what can be the consequences of the same?
If everything goes fine and i get per (as i believe background checks are not done at cio) can i submit a new form/inform my vo regarding this?
Is it acceptable? Does this give a negative impression to vo

I'm bit worried. Got PER on 19th Aug'14 but until now there is no change in status sent the mail also still no response. It only says we received your application.

Any idea by when can I expect the next step.

Hello Seniors Plz help

I have some questions
My application was received on 7th May but I got mail from CIC indicating that I have got only 66 points instead of 67 because of my spouse IELTS score. Now my spouse will take IELTS on 2nd October so will receive score on 15th October and than only I can apply again
so my question is What do you suggest is there any chance of getting into CAPS for FSW 2014??
My NOC is 2173

Assume that the probability of success is 10 to 20% and act accordingly. Personally, I would definitely give it a try.

I submitted my application May 29. My work experience by that time is 1 year and 9 months. My CC was charged September 29. My work experience now as ofthe moment is 2 years and 2 months. What points on work experience will they give me? I am worried I will not be reached 67pts

99.9% you have scored 67 that's why your cc has been charged. You should stay positive and share the news of your PER.
