frasiercrane is right that dhl use other vendors to deliver the package but they himself update the movement after co-coordinating with the vendors.................

I am worrying dear because i was told by some one that when the passport request is sent by LVO I need to send the passports in that duration as I am traveling abroad for a month it would be difficult to do so, so either I need to decide now to cancel my trip abroad or just to be sure that it will further take a month that they send me the pp request

Considering the above dates, when can I possibly expect a response from CIC ? I have enclosed a DD that can be en cashed at Bank of Montreal, Issued by ICICI Bank.

If i dont hear before 31st Dec 2014, what happens to my application as express entry kicks in from Jan 1, 2015?

Should I do my PCC in advance or can wait till i hear from CIC or any approximate time that I should kick start that process ?

I think you won't hear anything for at least two months.
Dont' worry about Express Entry because CIC will be still receiving applications until April 2015. I believe the worst could happen is CIC decides to move some workers from FWS to Express Entry and the process slows down a little.
Wait for PCC at least until you receive PER.

This is quite interesting; the POD I got from DHL (about 7 days after actual delivery), very much similar to the one you have shared has the SIGNED section blank.

Now I do have a POD from Loomis Express which has a digital impression of actual signature (not typed in) of our very famous Mr. Dan

I sent me second courier with FedEx and they provided a POD with a digital impression of actual signature after an hour the actual delivery was done.

CIC sends the application back with a letter giving reasons for rejection.

then surely I ll be late by the time it reaches me... ???

I have no idea where my app got struck...If it is sent back..eagerly waiting to receive that..so that I can rectify and send it back before my 2131 CAP ends..

Hi, I am nurse who applied on July 2014 under 3012 with only job description against my current job. However, I am not able to get JD against my previous job instead of that I have submitted experience letter and job contract papers which clearly states my designation and department I am working with.To be exact,an organization I am working with is same organization only difference is that there was 2 yrs. interval. Can someone shed light on this matter whether I would get full points on experience?

You will get the points only if that previous period is also mentioned in your reference letter. If it is not there and you do not get your passing mark without it, so it is highly recommend that you get a new letter and send to cio as additional documents.
