Its a debating issue...But my guess say --u will be awarded for the NOC experience u are applying for...Not for other NOC's Experience...

Just to clear that : Experience point is counted for only Primary NOC. Your other NOC's experience will not be counted

Sharing a proof:

Yes, that's right. I got only points from the NOC code from the list, Mechanical Engineer. I've just double checked my GCMS notes.

I've been working on tanker vessels for the last 5 years. But they counted only my mechanical engineering experience between 2003 - 2007, some of it was part time. So they counted 2 years as experience and they gave 11 points for the work experience. Otherwise, I should have got almost full points from work experience. I have almost 10 years of work experience. They gave only 2 years. That's only for my first job, which was exact mechanical engineering. They didn't count my engineering onboard tanker vessels.

Not at all..U may apply with 0911 since u can have the job duties relevant to two NOC so highlight the NOC duties of 0911 that u do on ur work.

I forget to mention that my application from 2013 was returned to me so now I intend to apply under NOC 0911 and we will see how it will end . I hope for positive outcome.

Guys.. The canada guzette is out and as per 26 th notification it says complete package.. Please suggest if there could be any change in the forms..? Can i download the one as if now available on website.. CIC is accepting application received on and after 1st May...??

Please wait until May 1 as alwasys advised.....

First 2-3 days will not affect ur app for the CAP....

I would suggest you to download all forms on May 1st Canadian CIC working hours or later.

Don't be in a rush. I bet the hottest of all NOCs will take atleast a month to reach cap.

Take your time and fill your application completely and correctly.

Absolutely...In our time it was only 300 and lots of new rule implementation...

However, I need more points to pass & from previous work exp, in 2 cos. (both 1 y+ each)- but I have their standard releiving letter without mentioning the job duties (their HR declined to provide detailed reference letter). Will it get counted towards total yrs of work exp in the absence of their detailed reference letter or is there any workaround for getting points against this work exp ?

Dear Brother,

I will suggest u to take required job experience letter from prev employer if possible with letter head. If not possible then write down all duties for each employer urself and then affidavit that (worst cases). Then send with a cover letter why u were unable to get it on letter head paper.

Please help to solve my queries:

1) I am showing the fund proof using my father's money. It has been transferred to my account from him. is it a problem?? is it compulsory to make a gift affidavit?

2) What is the difference between experience letter and letter of reference?? My current employer doesnt understand LOR so am i. Will latest experience letter from them do??

3) Is there any need to give IT return or Form 16 of last three years??

4) I am planning to apply for NOC 4011 which is university professor. It indicates to show research work. I have papers published in journal. Is there any need to send a copy of research papers (that means around 100 additional pages)

Please your advice is appreciated.

So finally CIC declared new opening from 1st May -2014.

I have created this thread for helping each other --could be anything-form filling up,POF queries,mental support etc .

Since this year 50 category will be open having a max cap of 1000, so this will bring more opportunity to be a successful applicant for an period.

Brother its not mandatory to mention that its ur own company...

Just make a reference letter from ur senior describing ur job technical NOC duties (make urself as an employee)....
