By God's grace I have received the PER mail couple of hours back. Below are the details:

App received: 30th May
CC charged: 17th Sep (day before my B'day..can't expect a better gift)
PER rcvd: 24th Sep
NOC: 1123

6th June Applicant, CC charged 22nd Sep, PER 24th Sep.

Just a question; I have had a baby, a new job in a new country since June & a new passport number. Should I send documents proving all these changes NOW? Or should I send CIC the changes took place & wait for further instructions?

WHAT A RELIEF - though can't express my happiness through this post. All the very best to all other waiting applicants...

Some observations for waiting and preparing applicants:
1) I sent a BC of myself and my wife which didn't have our names. Though I included 10th certificate in education certificates for both.
2) I sent ICICI DD which didn't have any validity mentioned, so by default its validity is 6 months.
3) Our marriage certificate dont have my wife's maiden name.
4) I shared multiple documents of my wife documents to cic, one of the document didn't have middle name of her father and others do have. But no problem due to this.

I lost link to edit my entry in spreadsheet, so can't edit my entry in spreadsheet - admin can you please update the same or i will create a new row.

Dear all,

1. In the personal history part in the background declaration for the past 10 years, what if I need additional 2 more columns to complete all the info without any gaps in time??
I have read that I can use additional white paper, If so should I be taking an additional printout of the same form to complete the details or Something differently need to be done? You can make a similar table in ms word fill it up and attach. Mention your name and dob on top left corner of the page and mention the question number to which you are answering.

2. In the additional family information form, should I be mentioning details of my sister's husband, their kids as well and my brother's wife and their kids as well??
What if I needed additional space for mentioning all this?? No only details of your sibling to be filled not their families.

One of my friend had the same situation. He went for medical but his wife had not given xray tests, apart from that she had undergone all other tests that does not harm in that situation.. He asked CIC for extension and his file was kept aside for further processing after they have a baby. He now had applied with babies information (need to prepare babies passport on priority). But the situation is till he gets further medical for his wife n baby along with visa stamping, his medical's validity is going to be elapse.

You can get a extension but unless you process all these things CIC wont allow you to canada... You can have words with CIC n go for best suitable thing

CC got declined twice, Will they try for a3rd time?

I checked with my bank and they told me that CIO tried to charged my cc on sept 13 and Sept 23 but it was declined due to insufficient balance. I already updated my available balance. However, will CIO try to charge my cc again for the 3rd and last time? Or will they return my whole application?

I can't find any direct number to call CIO but i already send them an email. Can anyone help? Thank you!

X-Ray is ur option....

Just check the below ...his wife is pregnant and he has done medical (from Europe) on last month...:

"After receiving MR I called the clinic for panel physician and talked to the secretary and told that they dont do it. However, when I physical visited the clinic and talked to doctor, he said that as per CIC guide line it is possible if the applicant wants. He told me that in old days the x-ray dose was much higher which can be dangerous. But now a days the dose is very low and using lead shield on the abdomen is no harm. I also talked the different forum members who have the similar situation. It is completely depends on the applicant.
Regarding the x-ray radiation dose the doctor told me that the amount is similar to the dose you get if you fly from europe to canada. so it was not a problem. "

First of all congratssssssss... You have to provide your bank statement for recent 6 months not the certificate. They want to see the movement in your account.

The only means of communication with CIO is through email. It has been acknowledged before that they make three charging attempts.

i got one question.

i have been asked to show the following :
"Bank statements showing 6 months history of funds"


Wht does this mean
- do i have to send six months bank statements . like 6 bank statements, one for each month ?
OR
- do i have to send just one letter from bank showing that for 6 months i have the required funds ?


also how much funds do i have to show ?

You need to provude bank statement for last six months. You can walk to your bank and ask fir 6 montgs statements.

You need to have settelment funds for you and your dependents.

Yes, even my reporting manager didn't receive any verification call.

May be bocz m working in same company from 5 years, In-fact its my first job. I included all documents, in my application package, for the proof of my work exp such as offer letter, joining letter, increment letters, appreciation letters, salary slips & my visiting cards.
