What makes it exponentially strange, is the hint that this is a CIO employee and not a VO officer, because CIO doesn't do background checks AT ALL.

Yes that is an additional point adding to mine.
+1 for you.

Ok so strange over all, lets see how it progress will keep on updating.

Thanks all.

Hello Guys,

Do we have to update NDVO if we left the job for personal reasons. Or they will come to know from the employer at the time of verification.....

Need comments.....

we have a situation here,
VDRL is Reactive, so what can be done in this case. Will CIC accepts if some treatment is taken

Secondly, what will be the CIC requirements for VDRL Case.

will CIC ask for another Medical after Certain time.

I would appreciate if you can answer promptly

I'm not sure about this but suggest reading some of the threads on medical inadmissibility, search the forum.

Is there an active case of anything? Is it curable? If so cure it. If not, there should be data available on the estimated yearly cost of treating it. If it is below the threshold you are fine. If above the threshold, begin preparing now to rebut the fairness letter or appeal the rejection.

Good luck.

You are not correct for PPF as it is completely withdraw able when someone leave the job. If applicant is moving to Canada permanently the he is surely leaving the job. Hence PPF is fine. You can check PPF rules for better idea.

What does PPF (Public Provident Fund) gotta do with job and stuff. Thats EPF (Employee Provident Fund) dude. PPF is entirely different from PPF and the entire PPF amount cannot be withdrawn.

Please see the link below for further details.

Sorry to hear the bad news... when did CIC received your application?

I hope you can make it within the CAP if resend with revised reference letters...

Unfortunate. Asking out of curiosity, is the 10 year employment history calculated as of application received date?

My wife is the primary applicant and I will be accompanying her to Canada (By God's brace when we get the PR). These mutual funds & EPF are in my name. I hope I can provide the funds in my name as settlement funds.

Sure can, no problem. The principal applicant or spouse is fine, no other names.
