All CIC wants to establish is that you are working FULL TIME NOT PART TIME. Either FULL TIME EMPLOYEE or NUMBER OF HOURS, written on employment leter suffice. However, if both are not written, even then dont worry. If you have not submitted your application provide your employment contract, it will have some reference to your state of employment. Even, if it has nothing, still no need to worry most probably they will ask you for clarification or schedule an interview. If you are not doing anything, they understand that you are full time employee.
Most important is your Duties and Responsibility.
