What do i hav to do now ?? Do i need to email NDVO for the confirmation of receipt of these docs.??

I'm applying under NOC2173- Software engineers and designers, in few days, waiting for my IELTS result which is due on oct 4th.
Plz suggest if I should apply under FSWP in 2014, NOC2173 is a hot category n filling up fast ??? ???, or wait till Jan 1,2015 & apply under Express Entry? Not sure if this category will open in Express Entry or not? :-\ :-\ :-\

Dear you should send a new fee payment form with a cover letter stating the reason for change. Also should send an email.

If you are making payment through CC, then you just need to provide your CC details in Fee Payment Form (IMM5620E). No need to attach card with your application.

Payment mode is a personal choice but DD is considered as a safe option and would advise you to go for the same.

Hello Seniors,

I have applied under NOC 1123 and have a question with regards to job description.

I have 4+ experience in similar field. However, this is my third job. On my first and second job description letter, employer have only put 4-5 points points which are related to NOC 1123 requirement. However, on the current job my HR put almost 90% of job description on the letter. Do you think it might cause an issue for my earlier experience letters?

Already submitted my filed and reached CIC on 12th Sept.

Please suggest.

For the medical request - blood tests, do they do liver function checking? I have elevated levels of GGT so I am not sure if that will be an issue? All others are okay.

My wife (7years IT) qualified for PR Visa applying for PR Visa. Preparing for WES, Bank statements and reference letters.
I am marking as dependent having similar experience. Do I need to produce Educational assessment document, reference letter for dependent as well. I know it is required for primary applicant. Do they ask for dependent applicant also.. like Educational assement, IELTS, reference letter (from employer).

Only PCC, IELTS, BC, Passport copy and a couple of forms are required from dependents. ECA, reference letters are not required.

You can try your luck in NOC 2173. No one knowz the exact details for Express Entry Jan 2015. It's better to take this last chance in FSW.. Keep ur fingers crossed. Miracles do happen

Dear It was very good answer. But i still have two questions

1. How would we know that our DD has been cashed when we already give money to the bank and they deduct the amount from your account
2. What exactly should be on DD. I mean my Name and the amount i am paying too ?

Brother there is no way you can find that your dd has been cashed, the reason is you can't make dd directly from bank, for that u have to maintain a foreign currency account in that bank which issue international DD. The other option is to make via exchange and call them after two months to get stats but it's not guaranteed that they will cooperate.

On dd it will your name, amount, receivers name, bank name....u don't have to worry, they will make it cos they use to make it every day

Just want to check for PCC , if the person is working abroad what is the procedure ?

suppose an indian national working in UAE , so he has to obtain PCC from UAE and India .

UAE he can obtain but for India PCC , do he has to go to india personally along with wife or he can obtain it through local embassy

Peena dd is considered to be more safe and authentic in terms of making payments as compare to cc. There may be some chanllanges using cc (go 4-5 pages back many people having some problem with cc). I have applied using dd i had cc option also. But as dd is more safe so I chose that.

I dont mean that cc is bad option
