what is your question?

I have applied for noc 2132 from India, and got PCC request for Rwanda and Afghanistan where i stayed 4 years back, but Rwanda and Afghanistan, embassy Refused to give PCC.

Is there any other solution to this problem to save my file from cancellation??


We are left with 44 days to submit PCC please suggest what to do.

Regarding Immigration office... As I am living in Chandigarh.... and Canada has visa center in Chandigarh (I hope I am right, just checked online), even then we need to mentioned Delhi office in the form ?

Chandigarh office is not processing PR's, NDVO is our VO.

Wait for 10 days for card to be charged. If still not charged, then write to CIC.

If I show more than required settlement amount i.e.14720$ + 2000$ more, then after file submitted at CIC if I used some amount but maintained more than required , is it OK?

Post them bio pages of your new passport without wasting any time futher.

If you have exchanged emails with them. You can show them to local visa office they will consider or guide you way out .

It's nearly 2am in the morning here. Waiting for PER since the evening.
Finally, after waiting nearly 4 months, i got it.

Perfectly fine as i showed more. We can also use some amount from that. I think we must not go down the required amount. VO is interested in knowing that the money in our account is earned by us and it is genuinely our and we will be able to move with atleast the minimum amount.
