Hello Friends,

I heard on the forum that DD takes 2-14 days to get enchased and CC gets enchased Immediately. But how come the DD and CC charge dates are the same in SS..... According to SS the CC and DD was charged on the same date for many applicants...

Any comments.....

Because @ cio payment date for dd is: when dd is sent for collection.

Hi All,

I need some urgent help. I have applied through a consultant and my application was received by the CIC on 20th May 2014. I had submitted the original ECA hardcopy with my application

I got a mail from WES on 19th Sep 2014 as below
Hi xxxx,

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES's online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004.

Once it has been processed, an email notification for a payment request will be sent to you, you can then log into Check Status/Your Account: https://www.wes.org/appstatus/indexca.aspx and pay your balance by a credit card.

In order to expedite your order, we encourage you to pay by a credit card. Cheque payments will take longer to process and will delay your order.

Below are my queries
1) As per the above mail, Yesterday I went to the WES site and ordered a duplicate report with an option of sending to CIC? Is this sufficient ?
2) Does this mail notify that CIC tried access my ECA from WES? If they failed to would they retry? I would like to know the process here.
3) Does this incident have any impact on the application processing.

I am really worried by the above mail and would seek support from fellow forum members.

I have applied for noc 2132 from india, and got PCC request for Rawanda and afganistan where i stayed 4 years back, but Rawanda and afganistan, embassy Refused to give PCC from outside country,IT doesnt seem possible for me to visit these countries.

Is there any other solution to this problem to save my file from cancellation??


We are left with 44 days to submit PCC please suggest what to do.

its been 6 weeks I haven't received any reply from LA visa office. I send email to LA visa office about CSE inquiry but no reply yet. can I send another email or wait few more weeks. my online case status is In process. what is the best way to solve this matter. all my friends on this forum I'm requesting for your help. please share your experience if you have any knowledge that will at least give me some clue. thanks to all.

I am 12th May applicant, I received my PER on 25th/Aug. My question is about my expired passport.
The passport I used to apply has expired and I renewed it. I already include a cover letter
when I applied and mentioned that I will provide CIC with my new details since I was in the process of
renewing my passport.
Shall I send an update to CIC or my Visa Office(LVO) and how (post/email)?
Is it better to update them Or just leave it until they ask for my new details?

But plz dont be so harsh that we were misinforming others... I was sharing what i kno and did in my application and i agree notarization part was incorrect and in one of my post i have already mentioned that....but i am still saying that including marksheet in application is good.

shaarav did not send you to the doctor since you -1ed him for the language used (seems you got that confused), although you and rahul have been misinforming others on the transcript/ mark sheet requirement which is totally incorrect. nishesh, century and a lot of others have tried their level best to correct you both.

coming back to shaarav's point he only said to refer to the document checklist which he shortened as doc. checklist. please understand the language before penalizing anyone for it.

Yes, I strongly suggest to include her. She will get 1 year to travel Canada once visa is issue and she may need to stay may be 2-3 week for doing all the formalities of PR card. I don't think, spending 2-3 week will hamper must of her education.

Thanks Bro So diploma degree would be my highest education as i did it after Bachelors and I will be typing "Post Graduate-No degree" for that question

I had sent the new cc details to the same address where I had sent my application package. After sending the new cc details, I had also sent an email to them at their email address: Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic . gc . ca (remove the spaces).

Try some other NOC if job duties match. NC 1112 is too hot and you will not be in CAP.

Create an ID with WES on their website, pay fees and apply for educational credential certification. Then send univ attested docs in sealed envelope and wait for their result.
The detailed process is outlined in WES website. Refer to the website.

You can send them the reissued passport copies immediately. No need to wait to hear from them.

In the background declaaration form, how do i split my education..

In primary education i have mentioned as till 10th and in secondary education i have mentioned as 11th and 12th...and i univeristy and college. i have mentioned 6 (3 UG + 3 PG)

is this correct??

Does not really matter as long as all years of education are mentioned.

I have started filling Immigration forms & require your help. Although I am following guidelines while filling form, there are certain things confusing and unclear. Today's query is regarding Generic form.

Generic Form - IMM0008ENU_2D

Point-4 : Immigration Office – I am in Chandigarh. So Do I need to mention New Delhi or what ?

Point- 9: Citizenship – There are two fields. I put India in first, but the second one is not getting grayed out. I am not a citizen of any other country. This field will remain blank (but active). Is it ok ?

Point-5 under Contact Information: Fax No. – Option given as tick box. I don't have any fax number. So this box remains unticked and unattended. Is it ok ?

Point -1 under Education/Occupation Detail : Highest level of education – I am B.Com and certified Management Accountant. There are three options-Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate – No Degree, Master's degree. How should I treat CMA degree which is my highest level of education ?
