Dear All Experts,

I am applying under NOC 2132. And i am ready wd all the docs.
But, I am stuck up wd few queries which are as follows:

1) I have a ready reference letter from the organization, but as per the Sr.No. 12 of Document Checklist, additional supporting documents are required, which are copies of work contract and pay stubs.

Que: So can you please tell us that is it necessary to submit these docs? And if yes, for which period I have to submit the copies of pay stubs?

2) As per the Sr.No. 16 of Document Checklist, I am suppose to provide the National ID.

Que: So, will the Voter ID will be sufficient? And if no, what else can be provided?


Your quick response can help me to send the application without wasting the time.

Rightly said APSK.

Even the passport office officials had clearly mentioned to me that PCC will be issued from current address only. NDVO also looks out for PCC from current residential address.

PCC is not specific to address, it's issued by police high commissioner/passport office to show that you do not have any criminal cases against you.

Where and why will NDVO mention about PCC taken from specific city/location?

Few questions on PCC from India

1) Where should i take PCC from?
- City A: Permanent Address
- City B: living and working more than 4 year

As far as i know, if City A and City B belongs to same country, then you can take the PCC from anywhere.

2) How much time will it take if i apply through online.

Technically PCC can be taken from anywhere, but always best to take from place of current residence as this is where you are currently staying. Even the passport officials recommend this and so does VO.

Agree, your point is valid, Technically PCC can be taken from anywhere, but always best to take from place of current residence as this is where you are currently staying. Even the passport officials recommend this and so does VO (though this is not forced)

Why will Police commissioner's office issue PCC to you if you are not staying at the address, though it might be your permanent address ? remember, in case of physical police verification, they visit your house and check for details.

I think you can take from anywhere.. But ideally you will take from Passport seva kendra, nearest to your address of passport.

I'am from Hyderabad, I can only take PCC from Hyderabad and not any other city like Mumbai. Infact only Hyderabad PCC seva kendras will give me PCC and not other offices.

PCC is not specific to any city that is why no address is mentioned in PCC, having said this only passport seva kendra closest to your address will give you PCC. The other option is to take from Police commissioner of your current city.

I have a question on PCC.

I am currently reside in Bangalore I moved on 1st June 2008. Since birth till May 30th 2008 I was in Mangalore and that's my hometown. These two cities are in the same state.

Address on my passport - is my home I town address. Passport issued center is bangalore, passport issue date is 20th June 2008.

Now will PSK as me to apply for a new passport with the current address (Bangalore) ? This is my temporary address as I work in Bangalore.


What's the way to get PCC without changing the address on the passport, as I heard People say psk request or address change on passport.

Get PCC from current residence, Bangalore. As your passport is also from Bangalore, you will probably get PCC in 2 -3 hrs time.

hey, ive a question my app reached june 18, im now just thinking and realized i left off an address i used to live at but it was for a couple of months howver the light bill still comes in my name there cuz the landlord asked me to let it stay awhile, will this affect my application? or do i inform my VO if i receive PER and before they do their checks? im freaked right now, what should i do?

Following docs required for your niece.
Proof of status : PR Card or citizenship proof
Proof of relationship : BC
proof of address : Lease agreement, CC statement, bank statement, utility bills, etc.

Hi.
May 28 may applicant here, received PER on the 20th of September (rest of the details in my sig). Wanted to let you guys know that I had new born baby in march and I couldn't send his passport copies as it wasn't ready yet, so I attached his BC, receipt from the consulate that showed that I have applied for his passport and a cover letter explaining the same and got through. Hopefully this would help some one else in such a situation, as I couldn't get an answer for this anywhere

I am NOC 1212 DD mode of payment received by CIC last may 14. Until now I did not receive email from CIC until now. Is there someone out there of the case as mine?

Is there a hope in my case? I did not receive also a return application. Appreciate your views. Thank you.
