Not necessarily. The swarm of May applications took place because many FSWP-2013 people didn't manage to fall within the 300 cap, hence when CIC announced (and rather unexpectedly, to say the least) the new intake on May 1, they were almost ready to go, having complete packages at hand. But this is just one side of a story. For instance, I didn't apply last year, and had to start from scratch. And although I acted as fast as I could, it took me two months to gather the documents and submit the file. So, this far we have only seen the early beards, and there should be an avalanche of applications coming in July, or so it seems.

That could be true . It took me 42 days to have my application reached at CIC office . And I did try my best to wrap that up as quick as I could .

WES assessment was the most painful part, as I had to wait for it .

And remember , If this time it doesn't work out , you can reapply in Jan. So be ready.
That is what I say to myself .

Assets = Car + Jwellery +Home + Settlement funds etc

For settlefunds i have POF from bank, to include jwellery in assets do we need to provide any proof or we can just add the amount without any proof?

I am assuming that your settlement funds are enough for your family size. just don't waste time in thinking, put ur settle funds assets and send.

1) Where should i take PCC from?
- City A: Permanent Address
- City B: living and working more than 4 year

As far as i know, if City A and City B belongs to same country, then you can take the PCC from anywhere.

2) How much time will it take if i apply through online.

I have sent a photocopy (not attested) of my degree certificate and my institution sent the transcripts to WES. And, I got my assessment done without any problem. You should be perfectly OK. Cheers.

I am from India and have completed my education from Delhi University. I had recently applied for my 'Transcripts' from the Delhi University, but I have only applied by submitting my Mark-sheets and Syllabus. I did NOT apply for the Transcript of my 'Degree' as it was clearly mentioned on the WES website that the 'Transcripts' were needed for all Mark-sheets and Syllabus studied. It was also mentioned that the Attested Copy of the Final Degree is acceptable.

Now, the Query I have is for all of us here who have applied in this manner and have succeeded? Would it work if I get an attested copy of my Degree and attach it with the Transcripts along with a covering letter?

Please suggest.

I can not understand why people keep on asking questions which are answered by CIC/CIO on the website.

I completely get that we want to be sure about the answers but know for a fact, what i or anybody else might suggest will not be bigger than what CIC/CIO has mentioned on website.

Though its silly question but stillwanted to ask...... over the above link it says enter the birth date in dd/mm/yyyy format but the text box accepts only mm/dd/yyyy format. Is thats the way it is?

Just send ndvo case specific enquiry..they will reply you to send the required documents..
They will ask pre/post marriage photographs
Marriage certificate
Pcc for spouse
Updated forms
Pof nd other stuff..

I have a question on PCC.

I am currently reside in Bangalore I moved on 1st June 2008. Since birth till May 30th 2008 I was in Mangalore and that's my hometown. These two cities are in the same state.

Address on my passport - is my home I town address. Passport issued center is bangalore, passport issue date is 20th June 2008.

Now will PSK as me to apply for a new passport with the current address (Bangalore) ? This is my temporary address as I work in Bangalore.


What's the way to get PCC without changing the address on the passport, as I heard People say psk request or address change on passport.
