Spouse's all the documents are to be submitted even if you are not claiming points since declaring in the background info in the CIC forms.

That's not rite.... You just have to submit the spouse's Ielts for 5 points her/his passport copy, Birth certificate and marriage Certificate. thats it... nothing more......

Do your university has Controller of Examination or Registrar office? If yes, you resend and if no, keep on chasing them.

Friends i need help regarding WES process.

I send document to WES but they rejected by saying that documents were signed by Senior Administrative officer not attested by Controller of Examination or Registrar office.

When i talked to my university they said authorized person from university for this is only Senior Administrative officer.

I emailed WES many times but have not got any good reply from them, i also tried to call them but no use.

What should i do now?

Can anyone suggest?

Correspondence studies don't make much difference as long as university from which degree/diploma is earned is a recognized one. One of my friends has done correspondence graduation and he got his canadian equivalency as that of bachelor's degree only from WES.

I think the early applicants who got MR & visa were having UCI of FSW 2013 with documents all ready. My guesses. Or they want to finish this archaic system in a hurry and start afresh with EE.

I really doubt that theory how does it impact local VO's process if the applicant has ready documents, they dont ask for docs after your PER and send you MR request, provided they send you a mail for additional support documents.
i have friends who were first time applicants but are at same stage as others....

If the above form is the one you are trying to use, and the question you are trying to answer is below , Then as per my understanding the answer is :
* a) Issue a draft
Beneficiary's Name
b) Effect the foreign exchange remittance directly -
1.Beneficiary's Name

as your payee is not Account number but "Receiver General For Canada"

Also i hope you have asked the bank for a "Foreign currency Demand Draft" ???

Others can correct me, but this is what i understand based on common sense. Hope this is helpful

If i send email to CIC today even, i will only get a response in 3 - 4 weeks. Does anyone know an easier/ faster way to communicate with them to find out where my file is stuck.

in case they dont give me the 5 points of relatives i will be rejected ? it means 73-5=68

im just assuming, coz they told me sometimes they dont give the 5 points relative especially if the relatives are in montreal

If your relatives are in Canada and you can prove them, then you get 5 points. Relatives in Montreal are also considered for this adaptability section.
