Hello Friends,

I have one question. Please help.

I am in UK. My visa office is new delhi-india.

I got RPRF request. So i have ordered banker cheque(Draft).

Today i got that draft. I have checked in that it's mention that

To. Bank of Nova Scotia
Canada.

And in attached receipt i found that it's mention that to drawn at all branches of canada.

So is this valid for New delhi visa office? Can i send this draft to new delhi or i need to order new draft which drawn at new delhi only.

Please advice.

Alhamdulillah. Finally i have received my PER email at 7.46 PM local time in Bangladesh. Thanks to Allah that he finally helped me to pass through the initial hurdle. Previously i also applied in 2013, due to my mistake they returned my file that time. Alhamdulillah this time I have made it.

My file reaches @ CIC on 26th May. DD encashed on 9th Sep. PER received on 27th Sep. ECAS is also updated.

Thank you all for your support. Specially Asif, Strangers many many thanks to you guys, without your supports may be this year i wont apply....Thanks a lot...And all the best to all the members, may Allah fulfill our dreams.

As I posted earlier, this is false. It says to get PCCs from all countries except Canada if one has stayed for more than 6 months since reaching the age of 18.

Hello seniors! What's happens after the cc is charged. Approximately how long does it take to get a MR request. I understand this would be case to case basis - but am curious as many forumites from FSW2014 have already received their MR and PCC emails.

About a month and a half if you are from speedy VOs like CPC-ottawa or NDVO. You have to get a PER before MR though.

By the grace of Almighty Allah I got my PER few days ago. My VO is SGVO.

I got an opportunity to do my MS in advertising Leeds university with 70% scholarship. I don't want to miss it. But my problem is

1. if I go to uk with a 1 year student visa will there be any problem to my application.
2. will my visa office remain the same
3. My employer will not let me leave he is ready to grant me an unpaid leave.
4. My wife will not go with me. Will that create any problem.
Please seniors help me with this issue.

I got PER thru postal service, in that letter they mentioned i paid fees CAD 550 but my DD was of CAD 1100.
How to contact CIC to clear this query?

CIC stated 'Include all the forms ' , so should i also include addtional dependent , Statutory Decleration and Seperation dec. for minor , even though i don't have any info to fill .

Second is can i right with pen on the form ?

I am in a strange situation and I need your help.

I hired a consultant who is in Canada & I am suspecting that he is not dealing with my case properly and not providing me the updated information.

Is there any way so that I can contact New Delhi Visa Office directly and advise them to send any further information to my email id directly from now onwards??????? (It was a great mistake using my consultant's email id as the communication email id) :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

1 question... Suppose I file under fswp and CIO rejects my application as I fails to get 67 points. Will $550 be refunded to me in this case? I am doubtful about my 67 points...

Using yourself on international websites is different because you still enter OTP or Secure PIN etc so bank can validate the txn, however, when CIC charges, that part is skipped, so, ONLY in certain cases, bank might reject the transaction if they suspect it to be fraudulent. So I suggest few things:

1. Verify card is valid for international transactions
2. Enable card 4 international transactions
3. Set a higher daily spend limit (min Rs. 100,000) for international transactions
4. Inform the bank one week in advance to expect a gift value international transaction from Citizenship and immigration Canada.

I just remembered whenever i paid any thing using my credit card im getting a secure number on my mobile no how CIC will get this secure code?
