Sorry, I understood what you said, but didn't undertand your suggestion as answer in the question in the form where is requests for highest level of education.

The statement in quotes is picked up from the CIC guide. It simply means if you hold 2 post secondary programs, one of which is at least 3 years or more, you get 22 points. You have a Bachelor's Degree of Four Years, which complies with the 'And' part of the CIC requirement. The MBA degree fulfils the 2nd program part.

Again, in summary, you get 22 points. Hope this clarifies :)

Dude me in the same boat. Have send a ICICI DD .Appl sent 26th May...... On verg of getting a Heart Attack.... ???

I have also sent ICICI DD. Relax. Everything is fine. The DD validity is 6 months, unless any other validity specifically mentioned on the DD...

I am a banker myself and can assure that you are safe. (I don't work with ICICI though, before you get ideas. mine is an MNC bank) ;)

I have a question regarding the occupation change. If someone during application period changes it job i.e. from one NOC to other one then does this affect the application ?

No not at all. You need to have worked for atleast 1 year on a eligible NOC in the last 10 years. Doesnt really matter if you ave moved roles post that.

@ folks/gsw bro,,

What is the average time in getting pcc/medical mail. If we send mail to Delhi Immigration office will they reply. Any one witnessed the replies. Any Delhi vo Contact no? If so share it. Thanks

Dear anil
That totally depends on case to case
As for now ppl getting MR mail from ndvo after approx 50 days of PER

Sometimes even I try to guess on what basis they control the speed of application process Afros local visa office

I "GUESS" factors might distinguish :

Number of applicants
Travel history of applicants
Job ex from how many companies

Again I guess : person already been to canada or North America might get faster delivery@process ( cos they already have lot of information of that person)

Let me tell you something to ease your tension.

I am working in field in Canada where people have to remit cheque's/draft payable to Receiver General for Canada, but sometimes they are not aware of what name to write when they are addressing payment to Government of Canada so they use below names:

-- Receiver General for Canada
-- The Receiver General for Canada
-- Receiver General of Canada
-- The Receiver General of Canada
-- Receiver General
-- Government of Canada
-- Receiver General Canada
-- The Receiver General Canada

Every name above works. I have got PE with it. So I see no reason to panic. :)

Thanks Goku...Mny people had this query.
Karmafied for now. +1 due.

Hi all,
I am 21 jun applicant under NOC 2174.
Already 662 filled as per today's update... Will I come in cap limit ?

Worried too much... If not in cap limit what's next I can do ?

Please advise.

Hopefully I still maintain YES !!!

Hi all,

Help, I'm having chest pain bc I think I majorly screwed up :o. I am a United States citizen, living and applying from the United States. I put NEW YORK down as my processing office on the application. I am looking at the CIC website now, and I think I should have put down OTTAWA instead. ARGH! Does anyone know what office US citizens outside of Canada are supposed to use?

I got my PER today...so I'm not sure what to do now if I did indeed put down the wrong office.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Guys, I think I have a problem.

I sent a copy of my original birth certificate which was in my native language.
The dumb thing I did was, I sent a "Copy" of an affidavit. A friend told me today that I should send the original of the Affidavit not a copy.

My application was received on 9th June under NOC 2174. I've worked very hard (like many others on this forum) to put together everything else, and do not want to lose my place in the line. Is there anything I can do to fix this now? or is it too late?? :o :o :o

I did NOT send copies of my 10th or 12th either!!!!!

Copy of affidavit is fine...Copies of 10th and 12th are necessary though.
